Morrison Clark Historic Inn

The property was immaculate. The rooms were very clean. However, I feel the sitting area furniture should be covered with polyurethane or full leather so it’s easier to be wiped off. Those couches were very old.

A beautiful and exquisite property. The staff was very helpful with a shout out to Khalil at the front desk. The GM was a great asset professional and warm. I look forward to staying at this hotel again next year. The food is excellent and the menu is expansive. A 5 star property !

We had a wonderful stay at the Morrison Clark Inn! From the moment we arrived, Khalid at the front desk made us feel so welcome and even surprised us with a complimentary room upgrade. Our room had a beautiful private terrace, which was the perfect place to relax during our weekend getaway. The room itself was spotless, elegant, and full of historic charm. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the entire hotel had a luxurious feel while still being an excellent value. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Washington, D.C.

Nice room, very helpful staff

This is a beautifully decorated historic inn. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Our room was relatively spacious. The only thing that I didn't care for was the handle to operate the bathroom sink spigot. It was a joystick style handle. I found it awkward for adjusting the flow and water temperature of the spigot. However, gamers may love it.

It's too bad that I was just in transit, because I had a pretty impressive room--the room itself was largish for DC. Furnishings were average, but the great part was that there was an enormous balcony. The hotel itself also had little parlor type rooms off the lobby. Would be a very nice alternative to big conference hotels for someone attending something at the convention center.

There was nothing I did not like however it would be nice to put in a hot tub or a pool
