Very friendly staff!

Fantastic Stay!

I would stay there again because in DC there is so much to do, I’m not there to spend time in the hotel - i want safe, clean and a very convenient location to make the most of my time. I will stay again.

Location Nothing

This is my go-to boutique hotel in DC. It's clean and spacious--comfortable. The staff are pleasant. Conveniently located. I have no complaints.

Superb

The room was really spacious, there was a closet, a dresser and a night stand, so enough space for your clothes and other belongings. There was a small tube of shampoo, conditioner and body lotion as well as a soap. There's an AC, the bed is big and quite comfortable. The staff was pleasant and helpful. Location was good. For a one night stay it was totally perfect. The only small thing i've got that i can mention is that there was no vanity set or slippers, in case that's relevant to you. But I did receive some slippers after asking for it downstairs. Other than this, nothing negative caught my eye.

The room was cosy. They did not inform me that some works were going to be done on my floor and the hammering woke me up and was not feeling well that day and decided to stay in. The staff I spoke to mentioned maybe changing room but said it’s not gonna take long. It did take long. It took the whole day of changing the carpet and was not able to get a good sleep. Also when I called for room service just for coffee, the lady was not nice over the phone. On my check out day, I had my luggage and bags and when the lift opened there was a ladder in front and no one to call for help. I had to move it myself to be able to get out of the lift.

The bed was very comfortable and it was a nice clean room. The safe was broke in our room and I would have preferred a walk in shower since it had a tub.

For example - when we checked out we left two bags with the bell hop while we grabbed coffee down the street. Not only was our valeted car ready when we returned but he had put our bags in the car for us. Would definitely stay here again.

Check in was simple. They were able to park our suv even though the hotel site said they could only park compact cars. All staff we ran into were helpful and friendly. Overall a cute hotel. We enjoyed our stay!
