The property is in a great location convenient to restaurant options and it’s in the center of downtown. Had an air conditioning issue that was fixed immediately.

Great vibe, super friendly and accommodating staff, cool design, good location Room was on the 8th floor right underneath the rooftop nightclub which did not work for a nice nights sleep. Also the AC unit was very loud and kicked on at weird times.

Great rooftop and the radio/studio in window is a nice added touch

I love this hotel due to the staff. It’s tough not having food in the hotel especially when you return back to the hotel. Bring back the restaurant and cafe soon.

The staff was great! The only downside was there is a bar on the top of the hotel and we could hear the music on the 8th floor.

Eaton DC staff were very helpful from the moment we arrived to when we left. Our room was clean, bed was comfy, shower water pressure was amazing, and the decor was beautiful. It was a short walk to the Metro, lots of places to eat or grab coffee within walking distance. Highly recommend.

The rooms were very clean. Different kind of a hotel. It was an older hotel with an eccentric mode.

Good location and very friendly, helpful staff. The biggest issue for us was that the hotel did not feel family-oriented. There was very prominent transgender/gender-identity messaging throughout the property, including flags and definitions related to sex and gender displayed in the bathroom hallway. The restrooms also did not have traditional men’s and women’s signage. Our child is still too young to read, but this is not the type of environment we would choose for a family stay. The hotel also felt heavily oriented toward nightlife, with a nightclub on the rooftop, people smoking while waiting in line, and an atmosphere that did not feel especially suitable for young children.

The overall experience was excellent.

You can tell the rooms are designed to be high-end, but mine felt like the one room that slipped through quality control. My stay was marred by a whole host of broken room amenities: • Tech & TV: The Chromecast didn't work, there was no cable TV or channel guide, and the TV screen repeatedly blacked out while scrolling. The only usable option was Netflix, which literally forced me to sign up for a paid account just to have anything to watch. • Facilities & Lighting: The mini-fridge was completely non-functional, and the light in the toilet stall didn't work at all. The foundation for an incredible stay was literally right there. The hospitality and atmosphere are great, but management urgently needs to audit room maintenance so the physical stay matches the high standard set by the staff.

One thing that should be updated Or throughly clean are the shower heads. Other than that I will most definitely book again

Great location, about 3 quick blocks to the Convention Center. Very helpful staff. The room was super clean but on the small size. This was not a surprise but I thought I should mention it. Just a bed and a little bit of space. There is a speakeasy and a rooftop bar on premises. They both seemed pretty popular but I did not check them out personally. Overall, I'd stay here again if I needed to be in this area.

Amazing experience

This was a quick stay as I was dropping my son off to Howard University. I throughly enjoyed my stay and will definitely come back for parents weekend in October. I loved the decor of the hotel. Very nice place! Will be back!

The location is great, clean room, comfortable bed, nice shower, friendly and accommodating staff. The water in the toilet kept running, so it wastes water and makes a sound. I had to keep fiddling with the water tank to make it stop. A staff member came to “fix” it once but after he left, the issue continued. Also, the restaurants/cafe associated with the hotel are closed the whole time I was staying at the hotel.
