Great location for conferences at the Convention Center. Nice staff. Towels require more frequent attention. Personnel on each floor—whose role is unclear—should act with greater courtesy.

DO BIT GET THE RESIDENTIAL SUITE….Very Very Very dissatisfied. The smaller suites are much better. The Residential suite is a waste of money. Dead space for nothing. No walk in shower… ARE YOU SERIOUS!! No pictures, no decor, no flair in the room whatsoever. No table in front of the couch. How..Why…I don’t understand. Table just sits in middle of floor…No centerpiece... just a big table taking unnecessary space. Whoever designed this room has no sense of common sense. Dish TV sucks!!! I really wanted to complain and ask to be moved. Sooooooooo disappointing. The damn pride suite looked better than this. Third time staying at the property…. Very disappointed. And we had four different rooms. Total fail. Well…I’m done. Until next time DC…I’ll be staying at the Sofitel…

This hotel was fantastic. Beautiful hip and very comfortable. Excellent location. The restaurant was under construction when I was there. I look forward to returning when those facilities are up and running

Room is small, which is fine for one person, would be tight for two and one person would have to climb over the other to get out of bed, no reading light or convenient outlets near bed. Sink sprayed water everywhere. Location is great and vibe is cool.

The hotel was nice, staff were all very friendly and helpful. Hotel was close to a lot and within walking distance to many things. It had two bars for entertainment which was what we were looking for with a 21st Birthday celebration. Would defiantly recommend.

this hotel was beautiful, great location, awesome coffee shops nearby, highly recommend visiting Rosa's diner. I did not love the snack selection in the vending machine.

Rooms are nicely designed. Liked the complimentary wine and water. The vinyl player was a very nice touch. Mine did not work, because someone stole parts and handy man showed up in just a few minutes to fix it. It is lacking on the amenities side. No place to eat. The restaurant/bar was open, but did not work. Sauna is there, but not cheap at all.

At first glance, the hotel’s mood and atmosphere is calm, cool and a bit groovy. It feels like stepping back into the 1970s where Motown and jazz filled the scene with style. Moody colors and textures filled the lobby. A vinyl record radio station was front

Even though there were several incidentals from the hotel, the staff was very accommodating.

We loved our stay at the Eaton! One of the highlights was being able to bring our two doggies along at no extra charge. The hotel was incredibly pet-friendly and even provided pet beds and dog bowls, which was such a thoughtful touch. Our pups absolutely loved their stay, and so did the whole family! We truly appreciated how welcoming the hotel was to our furry family members. 🐾❤️

The morning and afternoon shift front desk were helpful, you just have to work on how to handle both hotel guests and club goers without getting frustrated.
