Staff was excellent.

Great location and service!

Was very happy with our stay here! Very nice staff, great food at the restaurant, the rooms were very spacious, and the rooms also had a lot of nice extra touches that made the stay very enjoyable including: robes, slippers, lots of options for the lights, shower pressure very nice, two sinks and a spacious bathroom. These days you really have to go through reviews to see what is just a minor complaint versus what is concerning. One thing I will say is the bed was not as comfortable as I would have expected but maybe some people like a flatter bed. I gave four stars on the cleanliness and property maintenance because although it was for the most part very clean there were minor things I saw that could be improved for a property of this stature.

The 10th floor at the Conrad Washington was exquisite. The staff catered to our every need, the common room was open for breakfast and dinner as well as 24 hours a day for snacks and drinks. All of the staff were amazingly friendly and we felt right at home. The bedding and amenities were excellent.

Not the same Conrad. Probably the worst of all Conrads I have stayed at. And we gave stayed here numerous times. The front desk was not welcoming, took our credit card and gave our room keys. Period. No instruction on the elevator, no information given. The room was nice and clean. The toilet cubicle smelled like it was not cleaned. The restaurant had good food, the night server was not so warm, the morning crew was better. Cannot give us even an hour of late check out. So we practically paid for 12hrs.

Everything about the hotel was so wonderful

The food delicious and the atmosphere very relaxing. We were totally satisfied. We recommend this hotel to everyone who is visiting Washington DC. The rooftop is a nice place to watch the sunset with family and friends.

Conrad never disappoints.

I liked how the room was designed to store stuff. The shower pressure was excellent but the shower door was not sealed on the bottom, the wasted shower water bled through outside of the shower booth. bad design I guess.... it can flood the floor easily if you do not have a bath rug set right next to it. I even had to move the shower head away from the door... but this didn't help much...

Very clean place with super helpful staff. The location is excellent and made everything easy. I had a great experience overall and really enjoyed my stay.

Staff profiles certain guest and was not very friendly. The establishment itself was nice but a little on the pricey side compared to other hotels offering the same if not more amenities and updates.

My favorite thing about Conrad Washington DC was the location. Everything felt effortlessly within reach dining, sightseeing, and just moving throughout the city without feeling overwhelmed. The room itself, however, felt a bit basic for the price point. Beautiful hotel overall, but I expected a little more from the actual room experience given the expense.
