Over all very nice stay. As usual, breakfast was great. In-room telephone did not work for communication with room service and front desk.

The property was clean and spotless! We really appreciated the staff, ease of parking, and wonderful breakfast! This hotel provides a really nice breakfast, with omelets and custom orders available. The parking is about what you'd expect for a big city hotel near the convention center, $75 for overnight parking. Then, I asked if we could leave the car there after checkout while we visit the museums a but more. That was an extra $22 for daily parking after checkout. Not too bad, considering that it's safe and secure (other nearby lots are available for $15-18 a day). We visited the Ford's Theater while walking to the Smithsonian Museum from the hotel...A pleasant and unplanned surprise! The hotel is near lots of restaurants and walkable to the Natural History museum.

We liked the room size and the breakfast. Upon arrival the bathroom had not been cleaned. I called the front desk and they said they would take care of it. We went to dinner and it was still not cleaned well. Called again. A woman came in and said her supervisor herself cleaned it, I showed her where it was still dirty with hair in the tub and on the floor; the unclean base of toilet. This woman was not nice but cleaned it.

Staff were great, Breakfast was great as always at Embassy Suites. Happy hour booze could be a bit better in quality, but it's comp. Room was spacious and clean. Definitely stay there again in the future.

Convenient location when visiting Washington sites. Staff very helpful, good breakfast and happy hour. Definitely recommend. Walking distance to restaurants too

Very friendly Staff Teri checked us in and out and assisted us at the shoppers! The girls at evening get together bartender the cooks at the morning breakfast where extremely friendly! The grits where delicious!
