Great location, dining, and staff.

Overall a really friendly staff. Cleanliness could be better!

Not the first time we’ve stayed at the Moxy, but the corner king bed room was outstanding. Great design. The staff were excellent as always and the hotel location was convenient to everything we wanted to do.

The kicker was being overcharged for the room. I had an Expedia rate of $113 per night and was charged $160 for two nights and $168 for the third night. Would not recommend staying here.

Great location, friendly staff. Not well maintained. Sink in my room didn’t drain, towel rack not screwed in. Only one elevator seemed to be working when I arrived which made for long waits (convention season) but would have been more worth it if it were cheaper.

Hotel great! Rooms were on the small side but we knew that going in. Whenever there were things that needed to be cleaned around the property they were promptly dealt with. Overall good experience.

After checking in, my room had a leak from the shower and reported it to the front desk. “What do you want me to do about it?” Was the response. Alerting maintenance was a suggestion, and since the rooms are small and the leak grew quickly I asked if there was another room. We were moved to the 13th floor and no further issues with the room. Just keep in mind, the rooftop DJ will play so loud you will feel the bass through your walls, and two blocks down. I assume they wanted to attract customers to the bar. With the bar open til 10 or 2 am, expect that if you are a light sleeper. We played action movies at full volume just to block it out. The vibe is fun, the access is available for non guests to access any floor, and the location is clean and in a good area.

Gentlemen at check in was very patient, I forgot the name I registered under lol. Check out was a breeze.

I enjoyed my stay. The hotel was so nice inside . The staff was very helpful and the room was clean. Although the room was small, It was perfect for our 2 person stay. The scenery was beautiful and it is very well located to great restaurants and activities.

I loved Staying at Moxy. It is definitely a great spot for young and hip people, I didn't feel out of place as a middle aged mom at a Girl Scout Conference. The whole experience was enjoyable and the staff was so kind and helpful. The ONLY complaint I could even come up with is the shower head needed some refurbishing and possibly de-liming but I believe it was more of an aesthetical complaint.
