Great stay all around! Lucha Rosa Rooftop bar is always a vibe too.

My first time and I loved it!!! Super cute and very clean!!! I’ll actually be staying again tomorrow and on Sunday!! (I travel for work) Friendly staff and the bartender makes bomb drinks!!

Appreciated the diner and rooftop. I was Able to walk to a pedicure as well.

Good downtown DC location, near bus stop and cabs. Room was small, but efficient. Nice bar and tv lounge. Price good for this location. Overall pleased, would visit again !

Awful staff. The manager was not understanding at all and instead of making an exception to our situation, they decided to get greedy and take our money anyway. Basically just a robot reading from a rule book, not an understanding human that can make the right decision. If anything doesn’t go as planned at this hotel, good luck getting someone to understand and help you out.

There are no plugs for european cables and the hotel had no adapter

Cons: The rooms are tiny. If you're traveling with more than two people, book something bigger. Basic requests were a hassle. I called for towels a couple times. Either they never showed up, or I got asked "Are you sure you need that many?" Now the real problem. I found a bed bug in my room. I'm a very clean traveler. I bring my own sheets, wipe everything down with alcohol, and even use my own bed bug spray as a precaution. And still, I found one. It was dried out, but it was there. That completely ruined my trip. I spent hours steaming and bagging everything so I wouldn't bring them home. I was moved to a new room. That room had ants. The trashcan looked like it hadn't been scrubbed. I also paid for breakfast for my stay. The manager told me it was only complimentary for one day, despite everything I'd been through. I had to argue to get what I already paid for. The breakfast itself is minimal. You get two choices, a bagel or flatbread, or a small convenience store option. It stops at 10 AM. There were also a ton of flies buzzing around the food area, which was off-putting.

Fun place but no coffee in the room.. had to go down to the lobby and then still not available till after 7.. at a fee. Free coffee was not available. They had free decaf, but not free regular. Real nice place- but do something about the coffee

Very friendly staff and it had a great vibe with karaoke in the lobby area and music on the rooftop bar. The view from our room was also exceptionally beautiful. As we were right below the rooftop bar, we barely, if any, heard the music and people from our room, so that was great. The AC worked fine too. The blankets were either very thin or very rough. It was very uncomfortable. The mini fridge also didn't close well. You have to close it slowly to make sure it stays closed. Otherwise, if you slam it or close it fast, it may open back up and stay open.

Buen lugar para hospedarse, eso sí, las habitaciones son pequeña pero si no les importa es perfecto.

Can be noisy at night.

Moxy provides small basic rooms which are not for everyone, but they were ok for a short stay. We were initially in Room 810 which felt too small, and 2 of the 3 lights in the bedroom weren’t working. We were switched to 808, which was better.

Super cute hotel. Very cozy. Great bar and restaurant. Staff was amazing. Would stay here again
