Hotel was excellent--room and bed were wonderful!!

I booked 4 rooms here. My son’s girlfriend went back to hotel due to heat sickness, she forgot card key and was locked out of room. It was quite an ordeal she went through with Joseph. He didn’t believe her. Don’t forget your card key!!! Otherwise the stay was good! Nina at front desk was excellent 🏆🏆

Price of buffet was not easily found and was way too expensive for what it was at $33.00 a head.

Great service
-
The "resort fee" had to be credited since you didn't have snacks to give us which were the only things we could spend our $60 on. Seriously, you have nerve charging a resort fee. Nobody was friendly. You seemed unprepared for the 4th of July crowd, which is obviously predictable! Your stairwells are disgusting!! I will not be back to a Hyatt agan.

The staff was AMAZING & very helpful. It made vacation & experience much more memorable!
-
Great location, clean hotel, up to date hotel and great staff
-
They’re making all the money and still want to tack on a $30 daily destination fee. 😂 Why not just include it in the room rate? It feels cheap.
-
Beautifully clean hotel. Walking distance to everything. Complimentary water and helpful staff. And you can’t beat the convenience of the metro stop in the building
-
This is my go to hotel for DC as I like to walk and tour the town. It has a great location and has direct access to parking via on hotel elevator and also a Metro station
-
Great hotel just need more restaurants around the area
-
My wife and I arrived for the America 250 celebration. We stayed three nights. The hotel is surprisingly breathtaking inside the lobby! I’ve stayed at several high-end hotels in DC, and this one is certainly in a top-tier. The staff was probably as good or better than any staff I’ve seen in the DC area. Good job! The new restaurant on the first floor, well, it seems OK. It’s new, so we’ll see.

Good hotel

The hotel was clean and well appointed with zero complaints about the state of the rooms and public spaces. This is a self-described four star hotel, and we experienced service and amenities far above my last stay at a five star. Highly recommend.
-
No complaints with the room My only issue was on arrival. I came in a bit early and my room wasn’t ready. I went to the cafe/restaurant for a bite to eat while I was waiting. I was seated by the hostess. I sat at a table for 15 minutes while staff repeatedly walked past me and did not acknowledge me. No water, no menu, nothing. Eventually I got up and left.

Great place and centrally located. Great meeting rooms.

Property is surrounded by homeless Given room very far from elevator. Breakfast Buffet (over $40) a person not worth it. Check-in person indifferent. Check-out person wonderful. This young man gave exceptional caring service.
