Good location. Nice foyer. Boring room. You can hear noise from the corridor. Irritating guards in the foyer made you feel unwelcome.

Very welcoming, helpful, and pleasant team. Immaculately clean, cozy and convenient to Metro Station.

The general facilities were nice, the restaurant Oribu was delicious...but thats it. Staff were rude at the front desk, waited until 5:30pm to check in because no rooms were ready, and had multiple broken things in the room. I was shocked. Arrived at the hotel around 3:30pm and was told there were no rooms available even though I made my reservation months ago. I had to wait for my room and they directed me to the very full seating around their lobby where it was clear others were waiting. I waited for more than an hour and around 5 pm went to them asking for my room again. Had to wait until 5:30 to actually check into the room. The room itself had a broken fire alarm dangling from a cord, had not been vacuumed, and the toilet wasn't working. My sister arrive the next morning and we spent the first day calling front desk 5 times to get someone to fix the toilet. By the time they sent someone the room smelled bad and was musty. 5th call worked and they sent someone from engineering who came and fixed the toilet and the fire alarm. He was incredibly friendly. BEST of their staff was the engineer fixing the rooms. When We went to complain at front desk we were not offered anything in way of complimentary or points even though we are part of the hyatt points system. No other rooms available to move into. Location of this hotel was literally the only positive. Absolute waste of money.

I noticed it after my first night, but I left the hotel early the next morning for a conference and did not return until late that evening. When I stopped by the front desk around 11:00 p.m., I mentioned the issue, and the attendant kindly told me that someone would come up to see what could be done. No one ended up coming to the room, although given the late hour, I completely understood that it may have been difficult to address at that time. Overall, I appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel and the courtesy of the staff. I only wish the bed had been more comfortable, as that would have made my stay much more enjoyable.

I gave a lower rating bc the phone did not work and the in room dining was a hot mess, food was mediocre at best, faux star.

Location Overpriced, no glasses in bathroom, breakfast restaurant pricey and food was inferior- powdered eggs, strong coffee, pancakes gritty , etc. No handicapped ramp on G street entrance. Destination fee a rip off.

Also would be nice if room had some drinkware available for use while in room. The credit provided was not used as only in for the night. We already had dinner plans and checkin/checkout time did not align with our stay. The snacks available were very limiting.

This hotel was exceptionally clean and the staff was friendly. All employees were personable and eager to help guests. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well worth the price. The location was great for eating out, walking, and seeing the city. We’ll be returning!

The valet was terribly slow (30’minutes). The room service was not available at 9:45 on a Sunday morning or at 10:30 Saturday night.
