Very good

Very nice location too close to metro station and to the most significant landmarks

Unfortunately the room we got had dirty bathroom but they switched us to another room with cleaner bathroom after we notified the front desk right away. However the second room had its issues. Bathroom door handle was loose and came off. The shower water pressure was not adequate. There were no water bottles in the room. Overall it was substandard quality for a 4 star hotel. Location was nice.

The room was clean and the property was beautiful. The air conditioning unit in the room was extremely loud and did cause the bed to vibrate.

The elevator created noise and vibrations in my bed and the alarm was still set at an early time (by previous guest) waking me up way too early.

Great place

Easy 15 minute walk to convention center. Safe are. Metro station one block away. Several coffee shops, caffees and restaurants near by. Enjoyed a delicious breakfast at the onsite restaurant. Beds were very comfortable as well as the pillows.

We come here often. The service, quality, and value are the best we find in DC. We like the location and proximity to what we want to see and do in DC. Not much. I’m mean we really like this place. If you want me to pick on an item. I wish we had at least 1 more extra role of toilet paper in the bathroom. We almost ran out on our last day and the cleaning lady forgot to restock when we went through the first. Not going to stop us from coming back.

Perfect visit as always. Nothing to complain about.

Clean room. No fans in the bathrooms. The breakfast/restaurant was terrible. We paid $100 for two eggs two pancakes a bagel and coffee. The bagel wasn't even toasted and the coffee was cold. We sent the coffee back to have it microwaved and it will still wasn't hot. Stay away from the restaurant the food was not good and it's way overpriced. We didn't end up even drinking the coffee but we still paid.

The front desk staff has an incredible gift for hospitality. Sabrina was so warm and welcoming to me and every guest. The location is good, the room and bathroom were a little tired - the owners could invest some money on the asset and take care of that front desk staff! They are what make the hotel great.

Very helpful staff and great location. Rooms are a bit older so the carpet needs a thorough cleaning, but everything else including the bathroom was very nice.

Location. Hotel rooms are past due for thorough renovation and their cleanliness is suboptimal.

Exceptional

Good location. Comfortable bed. Not the cleanest and the hotel staff was…meh.

The biggest disappointment was the staff and their handling of our request. We tried to shorten our stay, but the hotel refused to refund the night we did not use. Be careful when choosing this hotel. Based on our experience, it did not come close to what we expected from a 4-star property.

The staff were exceptionally polite, friendly, and helpful. The downstairs restaurant is great and the lobby area is pretty. My sheets were clean and I like that they give complimentary slippers. However, the carpet in my room was stained and the bathroom floor needed a good scrubbing. The room I was in was dated and needed a refresh, for example, the desk area had a ton of dust and debris caked up under the glass. Again, the staff are friendly & helpful, but it’s time to get rid of carpet and do some deep cleaning.

The location was excellent 10 minutes walk to the White House 6 minutes and we were at the Metro station Perfect for getting round everywhere Nothing. But the bathroom could do with a little refit. Starting to be a little “tired”.
