Hotel Zena Washington DC

I enjoyed my stay at Zena hotel, beautiful property, great customer service and cool location in Washington dc.

Needed a room close to the Howard Theatre. Booked a King suite for one night. I must admit I was thoroughly impressed with the room. It was spacious, sheik decor, and very clean...(I actually TRIED to find dust)! I wished I had another night. The hallway carpet could use a deep clean, tho. Other than, super happy with my stay! 😎🔥

Loved how it was women owned. Super clean, trendy. Fun view out the front window as we requested. 3 floors up & heard nothing outside. Cool lobby with bar & huge, excellent lounge area. Rooftop Pool was fun including an evening poolside watching a movie projected on a huge screen with free popcorn. View from the top is amazing!

The best part of the hotel was the location. He was very centrally located to the main attractions in DC.

I had a wonderful stay! The room was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything I needed. The breakfast was fresh with a nice variety of options to start the day. I also appreciated having a kitchen, which made the stay even more convenient. Overall, everything exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

The room was very clean and neat. The pool was small but it was a cute and chill vibe. The staff was very customer friendly.

Some friends and I stayed at Hotel Zena for three nights while visiting DC for a bachelor party. The hotel was in the perfect area - not only close to the monuments and the White House but also bars and restaurants. The room was clean and inviting. The staff was helpful and friendly. The rooftop pool was clean and well maintained. I would definitely stay at Hotel Zena again.

Had a big cockroach in our room. Not kid friendly. Pool very full of men who are there for a very specific purpose and a few scantily dressed women. Pool closed early for a loud party till 1am one night and 2am the next. We will avoid in the future.

Great location

Room was absolutely beautiful, spacious corner suite on the 8th floor, could not hear any noises from other floors or hallway. Really cool lobby, good food, rooftop pool and bar!!!

The hotel was great super clean, and nice location and right across from a cvs and wawa! The only con was they don’t have ice machines on each floor you need to call the front desk for it. The roof top bar and pool was also a nice amenity, outside if the pool closing at 8 in the summer.

I love this place. They make be feel so comfortable and unbothered. Location is also great. I want to only stay here when I have to come to DC

Mike was our receptionist and he was so helpful and receptive to our needs.

The staff didn’t do well with listening at check in and caused a delay when we were tired from traveling all day. The valet then claimed they knew how to operate a Tesla but did not, to where we had to go back down to assist. The water machine was empty when we tried to refill water bottles. I was also overcharged upon checkout.
