Our room was clean and comfortable, we were able valet park our car for the entire trip and walk everywhere. It’s nicely located to all the sights. If we come back to D.C. we will be staying here!
-
Suite was clean with plenty amenities, including full-size fridge/freezer, microwave, stove, toaster, iron, and more. Decent continental breakfast with options for everyone. Staff were very helpful, providing a list of food recs and quick to assist with anything we asked. My only negative is the mandatory $69 a day valet parking. Wasn’t expecting the extra cost during my trip, and not having the option to self park was a bummer. Other than that, everything was great!

Staff was very helpful and accommodating, especially on the last day where they held onto our luggage until the nearby convention was over

Amazing hotel ! We wished we knew about it before ! We loved the location the staff was very friendly and professional! Clean rooms and very nice breakfast ! Always water and coffee and tea available at the lobby
-
Nice kitchenette with full fridge well-stocked with snacks, bedroom separate from living room, comfortable for a family of 4. Clean, quiet, comfortable, good breakfast. 6 minutes to metro. Very reasonable prices. Front desk and service staff very pleasant and helpful. Our second stay.

I’d like to see the gym maintained better. The pool was closed the entire time.

Called to ask where laundry room was- they told us but failed to tell us that the credit card machine for the washer and dryer didn’t work. They didn’t have change at front desk, no place was open to get change. Apparently according to the overnight staff they haven’t worked in a month. No communication and no sign alerting anyone.

After quite some time we noticed it was still not getting cooler so we called again. The person working overnight offered us a fan and water……. The room never got above 79 degrees. My husband and I had a very bad night sleep due to this. We complained at check out. The employee at front desk took was extremely nice and took off our valet parking charge. Other family members stayed here this night as well but had no issues.

Great customer service & clean facilities!
-
- Rooms - it’s decent size + pull out sofa, all good. Only two problems, one is the smell and other is not even small opening in the windows. - hall way: Smell. The carpets are quite old and strong smell as you walk to the rooms - breakfast: Decent options.

Great customer service
-
The front desk staff person was helpful. The room was mostly clean. There was residue on the table in the dining area. There was only one elevator working and the hotel had a full house.
-
The property was well maintained and had amazing breakfast options. Our room was spacious and we liked the full refrigerator/freezer, kitchen, and pull out couch in our suite. The only disadvantage was the price for the parking garage. If bringing a car, I would see if there are area garages with better rates because we found the hotel’s garage to be pricey. Overall we enjoyed our stay.
-
The staff was very accommodating with any requests. The breakfast was good. The rooms were clean. The valet parking was always available.
-
Rooms were clean, staff and housekeeping very nice. People in charge of breakfast very helpful and friendly.

This is our second stay at this location, downtown Washington, and both times we have enjoyed it. Nice walking distance to lots of things. Rooms are spacious and well equipped for a stay, especially having the full size refrigerator! We will be back!
