Very nice property, in a great location with nice amenities.

There was a mouse in our room!!!!!! At first I liked the room because it was roomy. On our 3rd night I saw a mouse ran out of the ac unit on the floor, and ran back. It was nearly 2am and both of us were terrified of mice, so we requested a room change. It was not until 4am that we fell asleep, and our next day plans were ruined. Not to mention that rodents are a huge health hazard that should not appear in a hotel. It was my sisters first time to DC too!!!!!! We are both so traumatized. I would not stay here again.

I was disappointed with this hotel. I’ve stayed at the Viceroy in Chicago which is much nicer and updated. The Viceroy in DC is run down and in an area that is odd and feels shabby. The clincher was the restaurant - the food was horrible. The oysters I ordered during the happy hour were disgusting and rotting. I had to send it back. The only edible food were the French fries. Very disappointing. Will never stay there again.

The hotel is beautiful, the staff were extremely nice and helpful. The room was fantastic and we really enjoyed our stay. 100% recommend

1 block away from crazy people / addicts etc. We booked b’fast but we get a $21 voucher to spend at a coffee shop. That is just not acceptable for a so called 5 star hotel!

Great location, walking distance to whole foods, restaurants and also main sights - museums, mall. Bed made every day with fresh towels. Nice breakfast in hotel Coffee and cups were not refreshed daily

Very calm location but still close to the White House (maybe 15/20 min by feet). Comfortable bed and big room. Highlight was the rooftop pool. The poolncould be opened longer in the evening and sunumbrellas would be great.
