Great location and friendly staff. The hotel is comfortable, and I really enjoyed my stay. The only thing that could be better is the Wi-Fi

The staff was amazing. Helpful and courteous. The rooms itself and amenities were outdated. Small rooms. In a good area and safe. Comfortable bed. Overall if you’re just booking to sleep at night, worth it. If you like to unwind and relax at the room, look elsewhere.

Every room on the first floor had luggage mysteriously set outside in the hallway when I got there. There was no parking like they promised which put me in an extreme bind. There were spots in the back that they didn’t tell me about another hotel did. I put my car there overnight out of desperation because I couldn’t afford to park six blocks away and have to walk with all my things. There’s no ramp to the front door only stairs three sets of them. The place is old. Lying about the parking when I called ahead to ask, put me in a financial bind. And when I left yesterday and got to a gas station, my front right tire was low and there were two gases in it. It had to be repaired and the only place that could’ve happened is in the parking spot where I got a $250 ticket and a threat to be towed. Their employee vehicles are there and they come in and out the back door near my room all night, long making a racket. It’s not a safe place for a woman traveling alone. When I was sitting out in front of the hotel with a friend of mine the last night after dinner, there were rats everywhere running past us. The place is a dump.

Very convenient location & close to all the major sites of DC. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Staff members were very friendly. Room had air conditioning which was very much appreciated. Would definitely stay here again!

All good, is not a big hotel but if you will spend the time more out than the hotel is a decent place to spend the night. The associates on this place are friendly

Old , but clean

It is an older hotel which means smaller spaces. Our room and bath had clearly been refurbished with new flooring, new beds and bedding, new fixtures, windows blinds and woodwork. I hope that there are plans to update the front entrance. First impressions matter. But so do lasting impressions, and ours will be of the kindness of the staff.

the staff was nice and helped me check in early, but my room did not get wifi and when I asked about it I kind of got a shrug remark. like “it is what is” or “if it doesn’t work, it doesn’t work.” this was very disappointing but other than that the stay was ok. It was a place to sleep and shower. great location.

When booking was curious to what I would find. I am impressed!! It may look dated, but it is clean! They are always cleaning. The staff are ALL helpful! I am happy with it and would stay again!!

Nice hotel! Space, clean, well-maintained, and friendly staff. Not too fancy but definitely has all the amenities you need.

Curefest the event we attended was one bus ride away. It was one of the only hotels that were affordable for us. Anything closer and it was just not feasible on this trip. The location of the hotel has a lot of places to eat so that's always good. I really appreciated it the fact that they had a water dispenser in the lobby. The microwave and coffee is outside in the lobby with a small seating area. The bed was comfortable enough, there were cockroaches in the bathroom maybe one or 2 per night in the shower area, other than that the staff was friendly and kept our luggage on the last day in a locked room for us until it was time for us to head out to the airport.

The room floor wasn't clean enough and it was sticky for some reason. The hair dryer in the washroom didn't work, the staff didn't fix it even though I explicitly asked as well.

Likely the cleanest budget-friendly hotel I have ever stayed in! This hotel does not have much for amenities, but the location is great. I would stay there again.

The rooms were small but all that we needed to sleep in. The location was perfect not far from the sites

My room was clean and neat. The bed was comfortable, had a good night sleep. The only things I missed was an actual chair and a somewhere to hang my clothes. The location was on a tree lined street and convenient to a supermarket, restaurants and popular tour sites. Nice, cozy and comfortable.

The room was clean. The staff provided great customer service. The hotel is central to various locations.

It is an old building. Our room 301 is extremely small and the bed lies under an air conditioner that blows down on you which was not ideal. The room was very clean and the bathroom was updated. It is a great location and the staff was very friendly.
