great location, great staff. room was small and AC wasn't great. tiny, slow elevator. only one ice machine in the building. a good value for the money

Simple yet clean and well maintained. We had a great night and wish we would have booked there for the 2nd part of our trip as well. Can’t wait to come back!

Rooms are small but clean. Quiet building and neighborhood. The property is a little older, but the convenience of having a place to stay in the heart of the city is unmatched.

This inn is a hidden gem. The room was immaculate. The only thing I missed was a microwave and mini fridge in the room. But there was a microwave in the lobby and front desk has a fridge. They had coffee and tea in the lobby. Quiet and peaceful inn. No street noise and my kids could sleep in. I highly recommend it.

This place was located in a great spot. It was clean and nice, but we wish there had been a refrigerator and microwave in our room along with working vending machines.

Very clean room, good air conditioning, and an easy-to-use TV; the bathroom was in good condition.

I was a solo traveler in DC, so I just needed something for me. This was perfect. It was located within walking distance to many different things to DC The bed was comfortable The staff was friendly There is NO laundry in the hotel Basic amenities. Clean towels The hotel itself is quaint. The only downside was noise as I was in a room off the main lobby & by the door, but it wasn't anything to bad to deal with. People just don't understand quiet hours, but that's on them, not the hotel. I will definitely stay here again if I am in DC. Thank you.

The only negative was I had to park in a parking garage a couple blocks away at a cost of $30.

Small space and no extras at all. Just beds and a very small bathroom.

Was leaving for a day and returning they kept my suitcase so that I only have a bag to carry Toilet wasn't flushing well in my room

AC worked great, we decided to stay here for the night, and it was very clean and quiet.
