The Westin Washington, D.C. City Center

The location was great. The staff were friendly. I enjoyed the weight room. My bathroom had someone's hair in and there was a ring of dirty around the tub. There were markings on the wall and mirror frame. I thought someone was going to clean it the next day but it never happen.

This is my second time staying at The Westin on M st NW; both experiences have been perfect from check in to check out. The mini fridge wasn’t working in my room and was promptly fixed, staff was very friendly and professional. The restaurant was great again, Donna behind the bar was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. 10/10 recommend, I will be making this my go-to hotel for DC trips!

The staff were all fantastic though and the rooms/facility were very clean and nice.

They let me check in early so that was very helpful because I had no where else to park then walk the the museum. The valet was very helpful too

Signs for pool if they had one

Easy check-in, allowed us to have late check out , which worked out well since we had a late flight .

Very nice, I didn't see information on a pool. I would have loved to swim but didn't see a pool as an amenity or any signs pointing to a pool.

Only disappointment was the toilet did not flush. Otherwise was stay was pleasant

Food was good, staff was friendly. No parking to accommodate guest, the rooms weren’t sound proof and construction going on during our stay. The room was subpar.

Staff was exceptional!

We had a fire alarm very late one night/forced evacuation. Staff was courteous throughout and got us back to our rooms very quickly.

Location Tired property and not clean

Nothing excited me or impressed me. Room area smelled like mildew. Refrigerator in our room did not work. Some outlets didn’t work. Room was rather worn and dated.
