The food was excellent, customer service, and overall environment. The staff must make sure the bathrooms are cleaned better, I found hair in the shower and purchased cleaning products.

Beds were comfortable, we were satisfied by the breakfast options. View from the room was awfull, we were expecting a bigger room but it was fine

Left the car with the valet Friday afternoon with 3/4 of a tank of gas. Picked the car up on Sunday. Gas tank was empty. We never used the car between Friday and Sunday. Paid $160 for a "safe" parking garage only to have someone to siphon the gas from our vehicle.

The room was quiet and clean, the bed was comfortable, and the restaurant was decent. It’s about all you can want in a hotel if you’re in town on business.

Staff was very helpful and courteous. We arrived early at the hotel. Our room was ready and we were allowed to check in without incident.

It was a great place. Be aware of the "resort fee". Great location. Staff was great and it was clean and comfy.

Great location that was Walking Distance to the White House and Metro station just three blocks away to the Smithsonian Museums and other tourist attractions. The staff was very friendly and helpful with directions, answering questions, valet parking etc.. nice breakfast buffet as well.
