No concierge service as such, no assistance in booking a restaurant?? I have never experienced a hotel of this standard that does not supply even basic tea and coffee facilities in the room.

This was (I believe) our fourth stay the DC Jefferson. The rooms are beautiful, and more important to us, the friendly, prompt, and courteous service is fantastic. We are always greeted by EVERYONE with a welcoming smile. I actually threw a birthday party for my wife earlier this year and Golnaz was extraordinarily helpful and accommodating. We'll be back next year!

The property was very well maintained and top notch. We enjoyed our stay. The staff were extremely helpful with any questions or needs.

The room was beautiful and very clean. The staff was very attentive and thoughtful. The only negative was our breakfast for two was $120 which we thought was pretty pricy. (Two black coffees were $24?)

Parking and getting around was tricky.

The staff and the service is really the standout feature of this hotel. Room is elegant and classic. You’ll have to cross the road to use the gym but it the UC is the fanciest gym in the city.

I had a wonderful stay at The Jefferson Hotel! The property is utterly impeccable clean, stylish, and full of charm. Beyond how beautiful the hotel is, the staff was fantastic from start to finish. Everyone went out of their way to make me/us feel welcome and cared for. If you're looking for top tier service and a spotless stay in D.C., this is the place.

Beautiful room we stayed overnight because we had réservations at Shoto which is just steps away. The location is great, the staff are very genuine and helpful. The room was well done. And clean we will be staying here again highly recommend - beautiful hôtel

Missed connection at Dulles. Forced to spend 24 hrs in DC. Late night check in after long stressful day. Pissed off on travel issues but got to Jefferson and ahhhhhhh. Crisp, clean room, perfect temperature , cold water and BED! Woke up to great breakfast. Staff super friendly. Great place.
