Property was undergoing renovation, which is fine. However, I should have been informed prior to/during booking. The price for the room was not appropriate for what was available at this hotel. There was only one elevator that was far from my room and very slow and overburdened. The a/c barely worked and the room felt damp. No restaurant was operational, loud construction noise, keys stopped working randomly and I’d have to find the one operational elevator and wait extended periods just to get back down to the fake lobby (set up in the old restaurant area) to get a new key. I was on the 8th floor and the stairs were not even an option because the stairs near my room did not open near the makeshift lobby. There was no working fridge in the room, just a “chill box”. The location is great, the bed was comfy- but for the price I paid and what I got- I would not stay here again. I had to extend my work trip one day and I chose to find a new hotel rather than stay in the same room. Poor customer service if you can’t even inform guests that basic hotel services aren’t available during your stay.

Very good

Dirty bathrooms (hair everywhere). Did not have an umbrella for me to borrow and was rude about it. Elevator super slow. Loud construction was the least of the issues - no front entrance. My key stopped working multiple times. Gym was 80° and no water. They really should not be calling themselves a 4 star hotel under these conditions. Room was nice though, as were the other guests.

Bad

The bed was comfortable, amenities, the staff was friendly and the location was good. The sheets had stains ( i am glad I bring my own sheets to hotel stays) and the not open areas

The room was ok. I had a higher expectation for this hotel. It is under construction right now which was not on Expedia when I booked so it was not what I expected when I arrived. There was no conditioner in the bathroom and I asked the front desk 2 separate times for some. I also had to have maintenance come fix the ac because it initially did not work to cool the room. They did get it fixed fast. The location was great for what I was looking for. Walking distances from great restaurants and attractions we were there to see. I might stay again once Hilton takes over and finishes the renovations but not before then

The room was perfect for the weekend very clean and comfortable. The staff were great and friendly, location was right where my event was not too far from food places and convent stores. Looking forward to my next stay!!

Please be careful and cautious when booking to stay here as the rooms have bedbugs and I refused to stay there based on this information that was shared by a family member who checked in the day before I was meant to. The hotel has refused to acknowledge my concern and I will not put my health and safety at risk. AVOID!!!

The hotel was under renovation so I don’t think it’s fair to judge it completely BUT the renovated hotel room I stayed in was super nice and lush. I didn’t drive so no comments on parking. The bed was my favorite part and the view of the city was amazing. Very walkable as well.

The staff and room were great. Docking one star because it is under major construction! Parking is also 75 dollars a day (which was unexpected!!). There is only one elevator so during rush hour it is very very slow. Room is super amazing so no complaints once you are inside.
