Our room was spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it the perfect place to relax after a full day of sightseeing. The hotel’s location is fantastic—it’s conveniently close to many of the major attractions, which made getting around easy and allowed us to make the most of our trip. Most Uber rides were no more than 10 minutes away. One of the biggest conveniences was the valet parking. Having our car safely taken care of allowed us to enjoy the city without worrying about parking, and the valet team was prompt and courteous. For an extra $20, we were able to keep our car with valet on the day of check out from 2pm-5pm to have lunch and take in another museum. Every staff member we encountered made us feel welcome, and their excellent customer service truly stood out. We would definitely stay at the Courtyard Marriott Dupont Circle again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable hotel with an outstanding staff and an excellent location. Thank you for making our stay such a memorable one!

Nothing special. Basic room.

A beautiful view of the neighborhood. Walking distance to an abundance of dining and shopping. Metro is a short walk. The staff was so friendly and helpful for a first time visitor to DC. Will use again for future stays. Plus price is reasonable!

Perfect location. The best staff and the hotel was beautiful.

Nearly every aspect of this hotel stay was unacceptable and fell far below what was advertised or reasonably expected. Our concerns include: ● We paid extra for a city view room, but there was no city view as advertised. ● We paid for an open buffet breakfast, but instead were directed to a small selection of packaged items from a store. Many advertised menu items were unavailable, and some of the food provided appeared expired and was not edible. ● We repeatedly attempted to speak with a manager regarding these issues, but both the front desk staff and breakfast staff informed us that the manager was consistently late or unavailable. No one was able to assist us or provide any resolution during our stay. ● The hotel hallways contained garbage bags, creating an unpleasant and unclean environment. ● We requested additional pillows and toilet paper, but neither request was fulfilled. ● The room itself was extremely small with unusually low ceilings, making it feel claustrophobic and significantly different from our expectations based on the listing. ● The beds were very uncomfortable. ● Both the room and common areas appeared dirty and poorly maintained. We booked this hotel through Expedia expecting the accommodations and amenities that were advertised.

Clean room, helpful staff, nice space to work downstairs

I dont even know where to begin because so much happened. First the tub got clogged up. I had to contact someone to come fix it which was done expeditely. The sheets smelled like someone else's BO and there were stains on the floor. The icing on the cake for me was the no hot water situation which delayed my whole entire day.

The rooms were small but clean and quiet on the weekend we were there. The staff was amazing. Everyone was helpful and polite, check-in was a breeze and the bistro and lounge were always clean.

Loved the location, so near the metro stops we needed and walkable to really good restaurants. During the humidity, it was a joy to walk into the air conditioning.
