The not so good points, got back to our room at 5pm and housekeeping hadn’t been done? Lighting in room is very poor and there was no storage for clothes, coffee machine wasn’t usable and shower door didn’t stay shut so flooded the bathroom

Hotel is in a convenient location for sight seeing & night life. That’s the only positive experience. Room window view was directly into the parking lot. When I asked to move, I was given a room with the exact same awful view. King room is very small with no microwave or iron & ironing board. Upon checkout we discovered our car window was completely shattered as someone broke in, so this isn’t even a safe location. Would not recommend.

Thankfully, everything turned out fine. Our son had simply gone outside to meet my husband, and we hadn't realized it. I truly appreciate how caring and supportive the staff were when we needed them most. They turned a terrifying situation into one where we felt genuinely cared for, and I'll always be grateful for that. Overall, we had a positive experience because of their exceptional kindness.

Wonderful 4-day stay. We were allowed to check in before 3 pm. Outstanding customer service and a welcoming gift. We were given several bottles of water as well. Very spacious and clean room with great modern amenities. Comfortable beds and a clean, big bathroom. Woden flooring, motorized window shades, dimmable lights and fast cooling air conditioning. Armando from engineering was very helpful with all questions and requests we had. Very quiet with zero noise during peek hours. Ability to book 3 months in advance a fully refundable stay. Very affordable for the location and conditions. We loved everything. We will definitely stay here again!!!
