The staff throughout the hotel and restaurants was incredibly friendly, lively, and hospitable. The room was spacious and gorgeous with an incredibly clean room and comfortable bed! The bar was cozy, elegant and drinks were superb! Looking forward to our next stay already!

The temperature regulation was a bit hard to achieve (either really cold or really warm) but likely due to insane DC heat. Quiet and clean. Room was as advertised and bed was very comfortable.
-
Hotel was ok I expected more for the price an a 5 start hotel but my biggest issue was waking up to ants in my bed

Amazing hotel, quiet, nondescript exterior but inside is classy and feels high-end. All staff were courteous and helpful, and Jonny at the desk went above and beyond for us with several issues. Highly recommend!
-
The hotel is beautiful and the staff is very helpful, but there is a club close by, as well as the hotel’s rooftop bar, that plays loud music until 3 in the morning.
-
Good location, sizzling cocktails and close to great food. Breakfast is done a little early.

This hotel was so well designed and had amazing amenities. The location was also perfect!

Room was nice but could use an extra desk and bigger night stands. The one desk was too narrow. And why no extra hooks to hang bags, clothes, towels. Plenty of wall space but just one hook in the bathroom. Sink was small with no space to prepare oneself. Fire alarm (no fire) at 0430 ish. Had read a review about it going off so not sure the deal. Area was nice with a park, CVS, and night spots within short walking distance.

They have a rooftop deck that pulsates extremely loud disco music throughout ALL hotel rooms. Front desk says it closes at 1am, our experience was closer to 2am. There is also a disco right next to the hotel that is open until 330am with equally loud music.

Quiet, clean and chic. Would absolutely stay again. Excellent central location. My only suggestion is to have better in-room coffee. It’s illy coffee pods and after threatening to vibrate off the counter- the machine spits out a meager little stream. Fortunately there’s a tatte merely steps away!

The whole experience felt a little rough around the edges. When I first arrived, I was placed in a tiny room. It was fine but I was surprised there wasn't even a desk to work at. The TV wasn't working properly (could not lower the crazy high volume) so I called down to the front desk. They said they'd said someone. Over two hours later, no one came. I took a shower and it did not drain. I called down again and they offered to switch my room. My next room was a little larger and had a desk so that was better. It was the little things - the lotion had clearly expired (smelled very musty), the espresso machine didn't work...nothing you can't live with, just felt like they're trying to present a high end hotel experience but not meeting the mark. The worst part was the rooftop nightclub. I was on the floor below and the very loud crowd and music noise did not stop until 1am. I travel frequently to this area and there was much nicer places to stay very close by.

I asked for an onsite parking, not available!! Only valet,

Johnny at the front desk was very nice. Tyshawn the bartender was amazing.

Johnny greeted me when I arrived and upgraded my room since the rooftop bar was closed on Mondays and I wanted to work outside. Also offered a cookie because it was my bday 😊 Inside of the room, it was new, modern and beautifully decorated. Towels were nice and fluffy. I had dinner in the hotel restaurant and it was AMAZING. Taee, the bartender, is a level 3 wine somm 🍷 and was very knowledgeable on food and wine. I had the Branzino which was Cooke perfectly along with the potato dumplings. I honestly can’t wait to come back to this hotel during my next visit to DC

They do have a valet service that is great. I would recommend that they do more to disclose the parking fees. They are a bit high. Also I think it would benefit both hotel and restaurant to have better communication when big events are on the horizon. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you for the wonderful service

I always love my stay at this hotel. The location is great, and the amenities are even better . Clean room, nice staff, great food and drinks.

Rooms are clean and nice with good amenities. Lobby is not very inviting and staff, though pleasant, not very knowledgeable about surroundings. Bar was good and staff friendly
