The Dupont Circle Hotel

The hotel is in a great location, and the staff was incredibly kind and always ready to assist with anything we needed. Our room was spotless and very well maintained. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend it!

Clean and great location to get to the metro. The room location that we were staying in. The view outside our window was side and top of another building. I didn’t like the glass doors to the bathroom.

Arrived slightly early for check in to be told I’d receive a call as soon as room was supposedly imminently ready - no call received. As check in was supposedly soon went for a drink in the bar and service was shocking by staff member with short hair , glasses and long finger nails - no idea on her name . Following this poor service went out for a walk to return well after check in to be handed room keys with no information whatsoever about the hotel - unbelievable for a supposed 5 star hotel ! Would not return or recommend.

My friends and I stayed at the Dupont Circle hotel for the weekend. The hotel is centrally located, and the staff was more than accommodating! The room was basic but very clean. My only complaint is the layout of the bathroom; the shower was tiny and because there was no barrier, water trickled to where the toilet was. Overall, we had an incredible time and would stay at this hotel again.

Location was perfect and the staff was so kind to me and everyone looked out for my mother who was traveling with a walker. Our a/c unit was a bit noisy.

We had 3 inches of water in the shower in the early am after a 5 min shower. Had to bail it by hand, so my husband could shower- too early for plumber and we were in a big rush. I reported it to the desk- no “sorry”, a drink at the bar for our inconvenience, a reduction of our rate, etc. not too helpful. Not great customer service.
