The Dupont Circle Hotel

Our room had a couple outlets that didn't work. Our bathroom outlet, the outlet in the kitchen area, both didn't power anything, my fiance had to use the hairdryer in front of the tv. Since the kitchen area outlet didn't work we had no fridge or coffee maker to take advantage of. Secondly the room was not as clean as I expect from a 5 star hotel, our sheets had some black grease like mark on a small area, as well as our sink. Other than the broken outlets and cleanliness issues the room was nice and updated.

Good stay at DuPont Circle. Facilities in the room were just as we needed. Lovely bar and coffee shop on site.

Fantastic stay! Great hotel for our needs - a visit to the city. Reception was very helpful as was front door staff. Very kind staff at every touchpoint.

Fabulous hotel, food and service. The location was spot on. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Location is excellent in an area with lots of local restaurnats and bars. Room was very comfortable, great bed. Staff all helpful. Good bar too, if you can get a seat! Its popular. The lift was painfully slow. Think the others were out of action.

Clean nicely designed rooms. Excellent service at front desk and bellhop. Smaller rooms but nicely priced. Unbeatable location. My go to hotel when visiting DC.

The staff at the desk and in the restaurants were extremely nice and helpful. Great service and a great location. The rooms was well equipped.

We had another lovely stay at The Dupont Circle Hotel. Our puppies were welcomed with open arms and the staff were so helpful. We often stay at the Dupont Circle and the level of service and hospitality is the reason why we come back again and again.

The location No hand towels, toilet paper or coffee pods left. Hand to ask at reception and maid several times. Also had to request ice and wait on it being hand delivered to your room.

The service was exceptional (thank you, Thomas!), the views from our room were spectacular. Our entire stay was unforgettable. Can’t wait to come back!!

Great location! The place feels very high-end - nice robes, linens, room service, etc. - but is also a great value. We loved being near a metro stop, as well as coffee places, restaurants and bookstores. We had a cocktail out on the patio which was also really lovely. Staff were great about providing restaurant recommendations! Oh - and the Nespresso machine is always nice. For some reason, our room didn't get serviced the 2nd day we were there. By the time we returned to the room that day, it was late in the day so we chose not to say anything. I'm sure they would have been very responsive had we let them know.

Very clean room, friendly staff, but our toilet didn’t work and the TV was old. I was hoping for more modern appliances since the room rate was so high.
