The Dupont Circle Hotel

Excellent restaurant for breakfast and lunch

Better than I expected

I highly recommend the DuPont Circle Hotel. My family of 4 with children stayed for seven nights as we toured all the sights of Washington D.C. The staff is incredible and very helpful. They are always positive and serve their guest with a smile. The DuPont Circle has a wonderful bar and restaurant as well as good food for room service. My room specifically was spacious including the bathroom. DuPont Circle is a nice D.C. neighborhood with plenty of wonderful places to eat for breakfast, lunch, and dinner that is just walking distance from the hotel. The hotel itself is a quick walk from the metro/subway, and an easy pickup point for rideshare.

The whole staff was very friendly and the bell hops are extraordinary. Great service, great location— we’ll definitely stay again!

I like how conveniently close it is to a metro station and many great restaurants and cafe. The staff are also very friendly. I had a very enjoyable and comfortable stay amid the sweltering heat in DC! The glass door in the shower only closes halfway, so the floor outside will get wet (but they have a towel that you can put just outside).

Centrally located across from the park and on the circle. Nicely appointed room for a reasonable price. Includes beautiful robes.

Mr Michael High- concierge. This outstanding gentleman explained the hotel, the neighborhood (right down to best coffee shop), helped acquire museum tickets, and greeted my family warmly. Excellent location in more quiet DC area, with multiple excellent restaurants, children’s playground, bookstores and yet easy assess to more famous Washington sites. Very good breakfast at fair price. I would go back- solid.

In DC for a family funeral. Grateful for the lovely, quiet room, comfortable bed, excellent bathroom, amenities and the supportive courteous staff. Pembroke restaurant was delicious and easy. Loved being on DuPont Circle. Very convenient to everything. Many thanks DCH. I’ll be back.

One of my favorites! Close to everything, walking distance and the best martinis at Doyle’s and outstanding brunch at the Pembroke.

Great location, great staff and rooms were amazing. Only recommendation is to put a coffee maker in the room. There was an expresso maker only. I love coffee so that was the only issue (but there's a Starbucks across the street). hahah Highly recommend and would stay there again.

Sewage smell from toilet or shower permeated room multiple times during stay.

I have been staying at the DuPont for the last 10 years and always loved it

This is our 2nd time staying here! We love it! Looking forward in coming back a 3rd time!

Downside was poor soundproofing from people in the hallway, and an unattended barking dog in a nearby room. Typical of older buildings, but guests could be a little more aware and considerate.

Great location

The Dupont Circle Hotel is my favorite place to stay in Washington, DC. The rooms are lovely, the beds are comfy, everything is super clean. The staff is truly amazing. The bar and restaurant on site are always bustling. I love the location right on Dupont Circle. You can walk to so many bars, restaurants, and shops, and the metro stop is very close to the hotel. I stay here every time I’m in town.

The staff really made my stay so memorable. From the exceptional service to include turndown service with chocolates and sparkling water to the complimentary early check in and upgrade! I absolutely love my stay!
