Staff going above and beyond, Location and cost of stay It was irritating to be unnecessarily charged on my credit card $60 more than what I've been billed for the stay + valet parking.

Location is great. The hotel does not deliver up to it’s four star rating. Biggest disappointment was breakfast which was included in our stay. Many of the breakfast items on the menu were sold out already on the first morning and the situation got worse during the second morning. Explanation was “it is end of the week and replenishment comes on Monday”. Not acceptable for a four star hotel. Hotel facilities didn’t deliver the expectation. On the play room many of the equipment were broken and on the roof terrace places looked worn and dirty. Pictures and reality were too far from each other. We are not too to stay here again. Not worth the price.

Room was clean, staff was kind and helpful snd I enjoyed having a nice breakfast in the morning.

Didn't have enough towels in the room , evening staff member had no idea what he was doing at the check in, charged me for a security deposit for my pre paid room , Took us 40 mins to check in . i was told the regular staff member was on lunch break .

Staff overall was great! Very friendly, very accommodating, and great responsiveness! The lobby is gorgeous, as well as the restaurant but you can tell that that is where most of the renovations were made. The gym equipment was pretty worn down and wasn’t the best. The room is also pretty outdated cosmetically and definitely reflects the age of the hotel, but nothing to make me feel uncomfortable! I thankfully didn’t pay a lot for my stay but some of the prices I seen the hotel charging seems outrageous in my opinion.

I recently stayed here for my birthday trip, and it was incredible from start to finish! A huge shoutout to Cookie at the front desk—she truly went above and beyond to make my stay so special. Her warm energy, exceptional customer service, and thoughtful hospitality made all the difference. It’s rare to find staff who care this much about making your experience memorable. I can’t thank her enough for making my birthday trip so extra special. I will definitely be back!"

big rooftop and resturant posting on your website that the rooftop was closed july 4 for a private party not once was that on website or notice was not given when booked unexceptable only reason we booked the hotel was for the rooftop and we coulndt even use the restuarnt as well that day

The only negative I have was that the restaurant was SO air conditioned that you have to bring a sweatshirt with you no matter what!
