Great experience, location and the people were wonderful!

The room was perfect, bed very comfortable, housekeeping did a phenomenal job we felt very spoiled, it was very welcoming after an exhausting day walking around all the sites. The pool was refreshing and well needed with towels at the ready. The staff were great, a BIG SHOUT OUT to the door staff who were always ready with a “welcome back” glad to see you 😊 Thank you again we had a memorable trip

The hotel was nice. Bathroom was a great size. The bar was also great. Loved the high back chairs. Had the sautéd spinach and shrimp. Both were great.

There was nothing in the way of information in the guest room. No directions to ice or vending machines or how to connect to wifi or what services were available at the hotel, or anything about D.C., etc. There is a very nice looking lounge and restaurant but be sure to bring your bank account with you! WAY overpriced. Especially in comparison to the portion size. Two double gin and tonics set me back $70.00. I ordered swedish meatballs as a bar snack. Yes they were good, (not as good as mom made!) but 6 swedish meatballs should never cost $18.00. I had breakfast there the first day....$50.00. Between the prices and the lack of information and the run-down appearance of the hotel, the almost paper-thin walls separating the rooms (should you really be able to eavesdrop on the conversation in the next room?) I most certainly will not stay here again.

We had a great stay and would definitely come back. The location was perfect for exploring Washington, DC, with easy access to everything we wanted to see. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We will definitely recommend it to friends visiting DC.

We were only there for one night with our 2 kids, but the hotel left an impression. The staff was really attentive, the room was modern, clean, and huge, and the royal animal theme was a hit with the kiddos. Very convenient location as well. Would definitely stay again if I come to DC.

This is a very nice hotel. The room was really clean and nice. The pool was nice too and pretty big. They give you a credit towards their onsite restaurant to use for dinner and breakfast. The only negative thing to say is the surprise when I found out that it was $65 plus tax/fees to park there (vallet). I don’t believe there is any other way to park there. The breakfast was pretty good and the service was great too at their restaurant.

Overall, I had a good stay thanks to the very friendly staff and clean facilities. However, there were a few issues. There seemed to be a problem of the key card system, as another guest accidentally unlocked and opened my room door. Additionally, the Smart TV in my room wasn't working, and the Wi-Fi was extremely slow (though my friend in other rooms mentioned theirs was fine).

Everything was amazing. The city view was spectacular!

Hotel is outdated and the rooms do not match the elevation of the lobby. The hotel was moldy and dirty especially in the hallways. The carpet is not clean and I found grape vines and peanuts all over the floor. I had to move rooms because of the mold. Hotel staff was great and seemed to be easily handling the requests.

We had a wonderful stay, great location. Staff was amazing.

The sink was slow to drain so created standing water. The coffee maker never worked, staff in the kitchen said they'd have someone bring us a new one during our 6 day stay but that never happened. The toilet ran for a long time. No fan in the bathroom. The tiles in the room were falling off. The floor on the 3rd floor was dirty the entire stay. Disappointed that the pool closes so early. Parking is way too expensive.
