I loved the design which let outdoor light in but kept the weather out. The beds and linens were comphy and the room was spacious. We had a few minor disappointments about the amenities however. The bath plug didn't really work and it was hars ro give the kids a bath. Also the microwave and fridge were so inconsistent they should really be replaced. The kids loved the pool and I enjoyed the fitness room. Overall it was a very nice stay.

The location is very convenient, and the food of the restaurant is good. Staff if very helpful and I enjoy the stay in the hotel.

Everything was great

Overall, pretty good. The hot tub was out of service and the pool when we went was full of people, which to be such a small pool can be unhygienic. But otherwise it was all not excellent, but it was pretty good. Thanks to Hilton Honor for hosting us.

Staff is very attentive and wonderful. Especially Jasmine at the front desk. The pool wasn’t very clean so we didn’t go in it (the water was cloudy) and the hottub was out of service. The pool is quite smaller than the fotos. It was a busy weekend at the hotel. Overall great staff!

Cons: Room would get a little warm at night and it appeared we had no real control as nothing would happen when we adjusted the thermostat. Hot tub was closed our entire stay and elevators kept breaking down which led to a couple hikes up and down the stairs. Overall, great property and we would stay there again.

This is a great place to stay at, especially for families. Great staff and the breakfast is really good.

We also got dinner from the Pub, couple times carried out. Every staff member we came into contact with treated us well. Everything was positive except the daily tax items added at check out which being D.C. I guess it was it is? Overall we had a wonderful time & would do it again.

Hotel has a great amount of equipment for weights and cardio.

Excellent location, clean rooms, friendly staff

Staff were extremely helpful and anything we asked for was done without any issues. Breakfast was excellent, of particular note were the omlettes which are freshly made to order with multiple fillings. Only issue was the queue was so long but only because they were so good and so popular. Queues seemed to be shorter earlier in the morning on weekends. The bar area and lobby is a nice sitting area. The hotel is fine with getting takeaways and bringing them into sit in the lobby. Also available is a good pool and gym facilities. Laura on reception was particularly helpful, she helped with ordering a delivery for us and was so pleasant. We had a great stay, highly recommended.

The staff was great

One of the highlights was the breakfast—it offered a great variety of fresh, delicious options, making it the perfect way to start each day. As pet owners, we especially appreciated how pet-friendly the hotel was. Our furry companion was made to feel just as welcome as we were, which made our trip even more enjoyable. Between the excellent breakfast, beautiful atmosphere, and accommodating staff, we couldn't have asked for a better experience. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone traveling with or without pets!

The toaster ovens were also not working during our stay which made many visitors unhappy
