Embassy Suites by Hilton Washington DC Georgetown

Staff were extremely helpful and anything we asked for was done without any issues. Breakfast was excellent, of particular note were the omlettes which are freshly made to order with multiple fillings. Only issue was the queue was so long but only because they were so good and so popular. Queues seemed to be shorter earlier in the morning on weekends. The bar area and lobby is a nice sitting area. The hotel is fine with getting takeaways and bringing them into sit in the lobby. Also available is a good pool and gym facilities. Laura on reception was particularly helpful, she helped with ordering a delivery for us and was so pleasant. We had a great stay, highly recommended.

The staff was great

One of the highlights was the breakfast—it offered a great variety of fresh, delicious options, making it the perfect way to start each day. As pet owners, we especially appreciated how pet-friendly the hotel was. Our furry companion was made to feel just as welcome as we were, which made our trip even more enjoyable. Between the excellent breakfast, beautiful atmosphere, and accommodating staff, we couldn't have asked for a better experience. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone traveling with or without pets!

The toaster ovens were also not working during our stay which made many visitors unhappy

Breakfast: spread was limited. Breakfast timing was till 10.30 but it was closer by 10 only.

breakfast was decent, lines were long. the fees for parking for each day and the additional service fee wasn't not presented to the front desk upon check in.

Our stay was great, the location is wonderful, staff helpful and friendly!

The staff are top notch! We visited for 5 days this past week. On one instance my 9 year old daughter dropped a glass and it broke. The man working in the front lobby was so nice and understanding. She apologized and felt really bad, and he kept saying “don’t worry about it, I’ll take care of it, it’s no big deal.” Another instance in the parking garage, our car was parked and there was another car parked in a way it was impossible for us to get out (not sure how but they were both legal parking spots). A lady who works at the front desk was just coming in to work and saw us trying to get out and said she would see who had the other car and see if they could move, and also look into how both of these spots were real spots because there was almost no way to get out when both were in use. She could have just ignored us and continued to walk in as she wasn’t even on shift yet but she stopped to help. Over all great experience for our family!

The hotel was comfortable, the dinner restaurant and reception really worked for our family, and the staff was excellent. I chose this location thinking the breakfast was going to be better than other hotels that we have stayed at. It was not. If i could change 1 thing it would be the quality of the breakfast.

The amenities A bit far from attractions

The omelet bar was fabulous. The pool was not too cold, kids loved it. The rooms were spacious and comfortable for 4 people. Concerns were handled promptly and professionally Pool was a bit small for all the families who wanted to swim

The Embassy Suites was an excellent choice for our vacation. The staff was extremely helpful, they had a wonderful breakfast included, and we loved the happy hour included at the end of the day. The rooms were very spacious and fit our family well. The location was convenient and walkable to the Metro. We would hands down recommend this hotel and if we have the opportunity we would stay here again!

Friendliness of staff. Breakfast had alot of options and location. That you have to pay to park..

Rooms were not clean. Constant wet spot on our floor during our stay and used Zyn pouches behind the couch. It made us feel that nobody wanted to take their shoes off during our stay. It also got extremely hot in the atrium area which almost made you feel that the ac was broken or not functioning at one point.
