Hyatt Place Washington DC/Georgetown/West End

The only issue I had was I had to constantly look for the valet parking attendants sometimes it took up to 30 minutes just to track them down to give me my ticket to retrieve my vehicle. They were rarely at their station, and seek them because they were no where to be found.

The stay exceeed my expectations in every way. I will be back.

A special thank you to Ms. Onamica at the front desk, who was incredibly kind, helpful, and professional. I arrived earlier than the scheduled check-in time and asked if it was possible to have my room earlier. I had already been informed by email that, if a room was ready, I could check in early for an additional $40 fee. I really appreciated the clear communication and the helpfulness of the staff. The hotel is in a great location, very close to Georgetown, with plenty of cafés and restaurants nearby. It was very convenient for exploring the area. The indoor pool was nice, although I noticed that it opens at 5:00 PM. The gym is well equipped and was a great option for staying active during my trip. I also really enjoyed the breakfast. It was very well stocked, with plenty of choices, and everything was delicious. Overall, I was very happy with my stay and would definitely come back. I hope to return soon!

Clean room, access to coffee shop in the lobby, valet parking made it super easy! Hotel was clean and modern, and secure at nighttime with key card access to even enter the hotel which made me feel safe and comfortable. Friendly and accommodating staff and great location!

Guy at the front desk was extremely rude. I called previously. They stated that the security deposit was $50 a night which was a lie. My friend actually got her room $50 a night but the rest of us was charged $300. All the staff need to be on one accord if that’s the case.

I love the Hyatt hotel no matter were I go, I'm staying in that hotel because is clean and the staff really nice specially the young lady in the front desk

this hotel was perfect for us. the location was near all the monuments and museums. the room was very clean and comfortable, it had all the things we needed. breakfast was very generous, lot of variety, it does get crowded and tables get full but otherwise it's a great spread.

Front desk people were very helpful, but the valet parking guy on arrival was rude, disrespectful and definitely does not belong on a place like that ,

Our stay was great. Breakfast was great. Hard for us to go to breakfast because it’s served 6:30-9am and we are not early birds. While the food in The Placery is good, it’s run by one person; that person takes your order and then goes and makes your food. Which is okay if you are the only customer but the second time we ate there, it took almost an hour to order. This hotel is about a half mile walk to Foggy Bottom metro station. Room was clean and spacious and our bathroom was pretty big. Would stay here again.

The location is perfect for walking and restaurants and the rooms are nice and the shower was really nice. Only vale parking is available which is very convenient but price is a little high. There are other parkings available for a lower rate. Very nice staff and room service. We definitely recommend this hotel.
