Hairdryer wasn’t working unless you really try sticking your finger to manage to get the button to work. This was the worst stay! Even after letting front desk aware of the issues they just wanted to avoid saying “water is working on their end” without sending maintenance or taking care of the issues which we let them aware elderly or children should not use this room until they fix the shower! It was obvious they need several maintenance upkeep and repairs

Sejiye in front desk was very helpful and kind. One of those that would go above ans beyond.

Staff is not professional

The property was clean, however just one small complaint the bed was squeaky. The restaurant downstairs was good and convenient.

Worth the stay!!

Room was nice and clean. Spacious entry/hallway. Plugs and outlets everywhere. Nice towels and decent shower amenities. GREAT air conditioning. Location and property was convenient for walkable eateries and shops. The only minor thing, you have to plug in the fridge. Mine was not plugged in, but it was an easy fix.

I wish parking would be little bit cheaper. It’s cost us $70 per night

The hotel was great in every way with the exception of the elevators were not working properly. Staff was working diligently to help guests navigate the service elevators as much as possible. The restaurant serving the hotel Chef Geoff’s was fabulous! Sandwiches, salads w/ grilled chicken the best I’ve ever eaten in a hotel restaurant. A block away was a cafe called Tatte delicious place for coffee, pastries & breakfast foods.

Wonderful stay and staff was nice

The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The location was good and central to attractions, but thats where the praise ends. The amenities were kept in poor shape and not helpful for guests staying more than one night . One of the elevators was out of service the entire five days. Also, no laundry facilities worked and the attached restaurant should be avoided if you value your wallet and taste buds.

Elevator kept getting stuck family members were stuck on the elevator for almost an hour

We enjoyed the hotel overall. But felt parking could have been more accommodating. The valet garage was full and the staff could not give us any information on where to park. The had two options one closing at 7 and 1 that was 24 hours but all of the parking garages within that area was closed which made us have to search for parking instead.

Super clean - just the elevator wasn’t working and the room a/c didn’t get low enough. But the staff, the restaurant, the room, the location- all 5 stars!

I am partly taking back my harsh, one star review I wrote during my stay. I am still giving the staff a single star in this review, but the overall assessment needs to be elevated to a three star. The facility is clean and sufficiently modern, but it needs maintenance. Two elevators are hardly enough, and when one is off for a couple of days, and you get an eighth floor room, you don’t feel good about having to use the stairs from time to time. The room (card) keys I described as finicky in my previous review are certainly out of fashion. Otherwise, the bathroom was nice, the room itself nice to be in and sleep, and I had a good view of the city from near the top. The adaptor I thought I was given to borrow was actually a purchase for only $6 and change. So, it was not that unreasonable for then to charge $150 a night, and the normal greed that descends on managers because of the summer is probably what elevated it to $180. So, it is OK.

Great location, clean rooms, an excellent restaurant on the premises. Great and helpful staff. A couple of minor issues were fixed in process of our stay: one elevator was out which caused delays and carpet cleaning was a bit of a nuisance.
