The room was clean, breakfast is always good and of course the hot tub!!

Plenty of space for my large family and the complimentary breakfast was great.

Probably one of the best hotel stays I’ve had. Great breakfast and great staff would highly recommend

Enjoyed the stay, room was clean and well set up. Breakfast was so-so, better than most but could have been better both in having enough materials for the omelet station (a big point for them) and enough settings for the overflow every morning.

Can’t say enough about the staff who checked as in. I’m sorry I forgot their names, a male and a female. Both were very nice and helpful. Very rare you have those good people at the front desk. I highly recommend this Hilton hotel at the district.

The floors in the dinning area were very dirty and sticky. It was not addressed even after the issue was brought up to the staff. The door was broken to the pool.

Some of the plugs in our room did not work. There were 4 of us, and it made it hard to charge our electronics. Everything else was wonderful. Wonderful experience

Disappointing. Wifi code wasn't provided. Needed to ask specifically. Breakfast was very slow, area too small for the size of the hotel and cheap ingredients. Arrived 30 mins before breakfast ended and 45 mins waiting for omelettes then not allowed get coffee or anything else (cuttlery- had to ask a staff member to get it, multiple times). Woken by housekeeping at 9am to clean the room on the morning of checkout (which is 11). Avoid.

What a lovely hotel. The District is the part of the hotel for timeshare owners. Staying in this part provides for many amenities, privileges and discounts. Morning buffet breakfast with the other guests staying in the lower part of the hotel Embassy Suites.it was adequate, but nothing exciting. My stay included discounts toocal massages, restaurants, and day tours...15% off. I really loved that the hotel preferred to send text messages with even instructions for express check out, and thy were not pushy about the timeshare options. I declined the presentation and it was ok. They didn't continue to ask or offer, which I loved. Daily maid service was great and we were able to get a lot of waters. Two nights they had to repair water pipes and wet were warned the water would be off from 11pm to 6am, but we never noticed. Transportation is easy, but the closest subway is a 15 minute walk away. I recommend this hotel.I'd stay again.
