They charge $70 a day to park and then overcharged me $92 a night for amenities that we didn’t use and then charged me $28 for a purchase at the market that I already paid for with my credit card. Total rip off. I would never stay here again. Now I have to report to corporate and file a claim with my bank

The reception staff Aretha was excellent, in fact a credit to her job, Aretha was friendly, helpful and went above and beyond in all aspects of her position. We really enjoyed our stay and Washington.

The rooms have been consistently clean and well maintained on my visits. The gym is clean and well-maintained. The staff are friendly and helpful for the most part. In the lobby/ reception area, I tend to get bitten by mosquitoes, but I think that is more a DC issue in general. No such issues in the rooms.

It is in a great location, the staff was amazing, and the room was spectacular.

The room is clean. The taxes over the parking which is $60 +$10 for tax is a turn off. The destination fee of $30 plus tax is another thing.

Modern facilities. Big Bus shuttle from hotel in the mornings. Evening meals were nice. Laundry service good. American breakfast offer had limited choice. Not a separate eating area - had to eat in bar which has mostly high stools.

The hotel is at a great location, but my only major complaint were the unexpected charges to my credit card after I checked out. And you have to pay for the WiFi, which was entirely unexpected.
