Nice room Very bad admin; prepayment was not processed, nor that breakfast was included. Even though it was arranged, we were still not included on breakfast list, both days.. Also breakfast quite simple/basic. Is this really a 5 star hotel?

Great hotel, great location

The room was clean, a very nice size. I really appreciated the technology at the bed. Both sides had USB/power connectors and a shelf for charging our phones. There was a fridge but you couldn't adjust the temperature so it was very warm. There was room service but you couldn't order until 5pm so no lunch available. The bed was large but VERY lumpy and my back, hips and shoulders were sore every morning and it was really difficult to fall asleep. (The delicious, but a little too fancy drinks downstairs helped with that). My husband was also very sure each day. There was a nice table for work and room for the laptop, but the room was incredibly dark and dingy. There were several lamps throughout the room, but all were low light, and even with the window, if felt a little dungeon like. The food was very good and staff friendly, but I would not return to this spot and sleep another night there. That mattress should have been replaced a LONG time ago. We were there for 4 nights to attend an event. The bathroom was roomy and the shower had great pressure with a wonderful waterfall showerhead. The best part of the visit was eating across the street at the Indian restaurant. Driving there and trying to get in and out of the valet area was really miserable.

Clean room, nice restaurant in the hotel and within walking distance to many locations of interest and restaurants.

The staff was very kind and hospitable. Felt like they were there whenever I needed support. Very nice facilities, and loved the room.

Once in a lifetime experience

We were staying to enjoy the city for my daughter’s 22rd and 25th birthday. When the front staff discovered this they delivered a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine to their rooms. So thoughtful!

My second visit to this hotel and will come back again when I'm in Washington. It was perfect for me, great location, fairly quiet, beds are really comfy. It has a modern and hip vibe without trying too hard. Hotel bar/restaurant is very overpriced
