It was a good stay. Good value for the money.

Great location.. Noise from the downstairs bar. No tea bags for a non coffee drinker. Dark room, inferior lighting.

The room was very spacious and included a small kitchenette with sink and fridge which was perfect for what we needed.

I had a huge room with separate rooms and a little kitchenette. It was quite cozy. The hotel is ideally located between the Mall and Georgetown and well accessible by metro.

The location Nothing

She told me I would just have to wait until they closed if I wanted quiet and no music from the restaurant. I asked if I should expect to be able to go to sleep at 10:30 pm after paying for a higher priced hotel. I was told I will just have to wait until after midnight. Do not stay here unless Latin music puts you to sleep.

Very friendly staff and clean room

Excellent property & very friendly. Ran out of toilet paper on last day & had to use tissue. Extra roll was not in the room.

Great stay at West End and closely located to DuPont Circle. Very walkable area.

The staff was very helpful, the room was nice and large, and it was in a quiet area. There is a grocery store not far away. It was great to had a kitchenette. It was a bit far from the National Mall, but there is a metro station nearby.

This hitel is a gem!!! Location is perfect and near to both George Washington and Georgetown Universities. There are tons of places to eat nearby. Its been my choice for the past four years.

15 mins walk to White House, 5 mins walk to whole foods and tube stop. Great location. Really clean smelled amazing when entering the hotel.

Never attended hotel , never stayed at location

Great guest service and clean room. Coffee maker, mini-fridge, and microwave are well maintained. Parking is nearby but not onsite. Guests with mobility concerns would find it challenging since there are steps to enter. In my room, the bathroom had an awkward door placement that blocked the sink unless you closed the door.

The location is the only good thing about this property. There isn’t any security. Someone threw a pepper spray canister into the lobby which caused a great deal of couching, throat irritation and sneezing. The rooms have a weird configuration, no facial tissues and there was only one roll of really cheap toilet paper in the room. These are things all hotel rooms should have. I wouldn’t recommend.

Really lovely hotel with friendly helpful staff. If I had to make 1 tiny comment, the bedroom floor had a slope on it, interesting when in bed, but added to the character of the place
