Big rooms with lots of closet space and nice decor. The amenities were nice but are more in the vein of an extended stay hotel - not really a vibe to it but nice enough. The location is perfect.

Phenomenal location. In the middle of everything so literally everything is walking distance. The staff was amazing and the hotel itself was 10/10. Thankyou guys you were great.

Loved the property and the location was great. Would have liked more food options for in room service and later availability. Also would’ve preferred keurig coffee makers and a small refrigerator rather than drawers.

Received a charge two weeks after leaving. The charge was incorrect. Hotel do not answer emails! I had to arrange a chargeback with my bank

The desk clerks were very nice. I was supposed to arrive between 8:30-9:00 but had plane delay after plane delay. After I knew I would make it that night I called and let them know and they held my room for me. It was such a relief knowing I still had a room.

Friendly team. Staff were nice to answer questions and share local tips. Quick room change handled smoothly via text message. Helpful concierge and maintenance crew. While the room looks nice, spacious and clean, but actually staying in the rooms was underwhelming. the noise levels made it hard to relax. The air conditioner in the first room was incredibly loud. After moving, the second room faced a loud street and was constantly noisy with sirens. Even in the new room, the AC made a loud rattling noise every time it cycled on and off.

The large suites and balconies are a rare find. And to have so much space and an outdoor area really elevated this hotel above all the rest. The location could not be bettered either. A 5 min walk to Foggy Bottom Metro puts the whole of Washington in reach.

First time visit DC, would like great hotel with great value. This is the one. The entire stay was great, very clean, great location and close to everywhere. Big shout to Tyler and another young lady, sorry I didn’t catch her name. They are super helpful with my check out. Highly recommended. If I have chance to come back, I will definitely choose this hotel again.

So Loud! Construction during the entire stay. Parties and trash all over the hallway. Came back from work to find 4 teens smoking a bowl in the hall. If you are looking for a comfortable, clean, safe hotel stay- this is NOT it!

The charges my card 500$ once I checked out saying I smoked on property but I don’t smoke I called back then they said it was their mistake they didn’t see no signs of smoking then offered to send money back now I have to wait 5 days for my money which is so unprofessional I should of got my entire stay money back just for the mishap

Clean, super friendly staff, great location. The AC makes loud much noise , i have mentioned this to the staff multiple times! Difficult to get good sleep!
