The staff were very friendly and helpful especially the engineer (Geuris) and our waitress at the Bar (KJ)

Stayed during a heat wave and the air conditioning was terrible. Room was at least 80 degrees. The elevator was cooler than our room. I asked for a different room and they provided me a fan. It helped but not enough. In addition the ceiling had a leak dripping water on the floor. Hotel was a good location, walking distance to everything. Was over all clean.

Always a fan of Westin. This one is so disappointing. Heavenly bed is not heavenly at all! Comforter and pillows have lumps in them. Worse than a 3 star economy hotel. There is only one robe, not sure what is that for. Look not fresh either. First day had one bottle of water, 2nd day had two, so looks like first day missed one. Mini bar is not filled either. When talked to staff about it, feels we did something wrong by mentioning it.

I found a cockroach in the room and when I reported it right away, the hotel send a vacuum and advised to deal with it in the morning when the manager comes in. We did exactly that but hotel blamed it on Expedia saying I have to contact Expedia. After filing a report and contacting Expedia for having a cockroach in the room, they refused to help and seemed uninterested to help and basically did not trust us even after we reported it right when we saw it and filed a report. I guess next time you think about booking for a room and find a cockroach on the hotel room curtain, take a picture of it and videos for proof and then you can freak out and report it.

Breakfast was not great

The staff was welcoming and helpful, rooms were very clean, spacious and well appointed. The location was perfect and central to all the places we had on our itinerary.

Nice venue for niece’s wedding. Convenient location. Our hotel room was nice (large, quiet, comfortable bed). Onsite parking was expensive but was told it was comparable to other hotels in the area. Hotel breakfast (very minimal “buffet”) was super expensive - go elsewhere.
-
A wedding ceremony kept us up late, we could hear the music and yelling loudly in our 2nd floor room. The restaurant’s were closed, which we didn’t know until we got there and there was a charge for even a cup of coffee. For the most part the hotel was fine it was just frustrating

The staff was pleasant shout out to Melvin. The room was decent and overall clean, however the throw on the bed was very old and had lint beaded on it. I stripped the bed and put traveler sheets on the bed. The room could use a paint job the walls were had scuff marks on the wall.

The manager was no help when it came to the damage to my car, even though it was caused by the condition of the garage. The property should be properly maintained to prevent situations like this from happening to guests’ vehicles. I’m very disappointed with how this was handled.

It’s very well located at the heart of Georgetown Washington within short walking distance of subway stations. The breakfast should have more variety.
