The valets were amazing to us today. We put our key card in the express box before we left the garage and were unable to get out. The valets were kind enough to let us borrow their key card to get us out of the garage. They were very courteous and respectful. Thank you.

I ask help because I couldn’t found the fitness center at the front desk and the receptionist told me boldly it’s written on the elevator like I couldn’t read clearly if I have seen it I would’ve not ask again it’s not about what you say it’s how you say thing. I just said thank you and walk away .but that was rude

Nice hotel. Nice room. The problem for us that the comforter was too heavy and the provided blanket was too light. We didn't sleep well. Asking for alternatives was not possible.Breakfast was standard and boring, except you have to wait for coffee. Service is nice but they were overwhelmed. Parking is extremely expensive but there are inexpensive parking lots nearby. We liked the free hop bus

Our experience in Georgetown was amazing. The location was very good—clean and safe, close to everything, with a bunch of nice restaurants and healthy places around. The service in the hotel was just amazing. Esther, the front desk girl, was so nice, amazing, and helpful—she made our experience the best!

Great clean rooms, beds made everyday. Restaurant and bar were perfect. Location was fantastic, so close to everything. Gym was one of the best hotel gyms I’ve been to. Definitely would stay here again
