The bar is better thn the resturant. Z was an amazing bartendar. The front desk staff are so nice and helpful. this was my second stay at The Melrose.

Great location and a wonderful place to stay. I had a very pleasant experience and would definitely recommend it.

Also, they didn't clean one of the rooms during our stay, which was very annoying. When we came to the hotel and found this, they said that cleaning staff had already left and they cannot clean the room.

Great location and very friendly staff. I would recommend the allergy friendly room as the hotel allows pets.

Comfie room and super friendly staff. Breakfast was nice, not too much. Getting a hot cup of coffee or tea was difficult

They say they are 4 star but I’ve been to nicer 3 star hotel. The quality just wasn’t there, the front desk couldn’t even break a $100 for tip money. Room keys kept failing and security seem lacking but Georgetown is as safe as you get in DC.

Staff was excellent. The food was the only disappointment, but there are several restaurants around.

Unfortunately I did not manage to explore other amenities available to us as I had a packed program.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Any issues we had were addressed immediately, and the service was excellent. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel to others.

The staff was very nice. The rooms are very worn out mold peeling paint in the bathroom area stains all over the rugs no towel racks.
