i liked the location the housekeeping staff barely did their job ! our room didn’t have any kind of bare hotel necessities like tissues in the bathroom. there were no slippers, shower caps, dental kits. the staff even made a mistake and locked us out of our room one night !

I appreciated the efficient and friendly checkin. Our room was large, fairly clean, and the view was phenomenal. We appreciated the location too!

The staff were really nice and helpful, with the exception of our waiter who neglected to tell us that a 20% gratuity had already been added to the check. The room was beat, stains on the carpet, the window sill had a lot more f flaked paint on it and the furniture was scared. The bathroom was clean.

The staff is absolutely awesome. The hotel is beautiful! It is an older hotel and you can tell by the smell when you enter the room. It has an older musky smell. Great location and very accommodating staff.

The room was very spacious clean and well maintained. The metal that holds up the shower needs to get fixed because it fell while turning on the water.

Nothing Extremely disturbing and unacceptable experience. I discovered a hidden mouse trap underneath the furniture in my room containing a dead mouse and insects. I immediately reported it and checked out, despite being offered another room. I had to arrange alternative accommodation and transportation at the last minute. I have photos and videos documenting everything. Finding a dead mouse in a hotel room raises serious concerns about hygiene, pest control, and room inspections. I would not recommend this hotel.
