The canopy was very good value for money vs other hotels in the area. Great location and the rooms were really spacious ! Everyone at the hotel were super helpful. Would definitely recommend for anyone going to dc.

Room was very clean! Everything in the room was excellent. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was great. Staff was friendly & helpful! They were able to accommodate an early check in hold our luggage for us our last day which was very kind so we didn't have to lug it around all day. This was for my husband & I's anniversary. I had messaged the property about anything special they could do and we received no response. Nothing special to the room, note, etc. It was a bit disappointing as we don't often get away we were trying to make it special & it seems no one paid any attention to our note. Frustrating. This was our first time at a Hilton Hotel & when we have gone on other anniversary trips even a note is a kind gesture from the hotel. Also very limited amenities in the bathroom.

Great central location but terrible food choices nearby. Breakfast is ala Carte at the hotel and is limited and expensive. The nearest coffee shop or breakfast place is many blocks away.

The location is okay. Walking distance to the WH, the Mall, all those usual DC attractions. There are a bunch of places to eat if you walk over to DuPont or up 17th St. Embassy Row can be a sterile area, so plan on either walking, ubering, or using one of those electric e-bikes to get to where you want to go. Hotel also has a decent restaurant. Standard king room was just right.

Louder than normal door noise, ambient noise late night in nearby park, room didn’t smell fresh. Customers and staff seemed happy anyway.

You know a hotel is going to be great by how good it smells when you walk in! It’s the attention to detail that sets the Canopy apart from other stays. We appreciated the staff and beautifully decorated lobby and comfortable room. Thanks for a great stay.

Location great, very niceee staff and clean room!

It was my first time staying at this location, the location is great, we were able to park the car for the night and walk around, close to many shops and restaurants. Friendly staff and very well kept were also a plus factor.

It may not be the case all of the time, but during my stay it appeared as though this hotel was understaffed. Check in began at 3pm, myself and several other guests waited over an hour in order to be checked in. The reason provided by the front desk was that our rooms still needed to be cleaned. I was very tired after traveling and this was very upsetting.

Great reception crew, only thing I’d critique is I was there 3 nights and no cleaning of room :/ but the room was AMAZING. Don’t let that steer you away unless you dirty dirty haha

Great location and the property fresh and clean as we come to expect from a Hilton. What really sets the property apart was the staff. Everyone seemed to recall our names and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and that our experience mattered.
