Very good

It was fun.

breakfast was delicious; so were milkshakes the night before. location was good and the room had what we needed. Parking was expensive and difficult; I understand why, but it was. Booking.com led me to believe it was included in the price quoted. The ice machine on our floor was out of service. So was the room phone. Staff was very happy to offer prompt solutions.

Front desk and staff were amazing. Newly renovated and super clean. Enjoyed the stay!

It was noisy at night. far from the center. They haven't returned my deposit yet.

The hotel is located in a lovely part of the city, surrounded by nearby embassies, a residential area, supermarkets, small cafés, and restaurants. It is just a 10–15-minute walk from the White House and all the major attractions. The rooms are spacious, exceptionally comfortable, and very clean, with towels changed daily. Breakfast is served on the ground floor in the hotel’s restaurant, which is also open for lunch and dinner. The breakfast was truly delicious, with a good selection of both savory and sweet options, as well as fresh fruit. Breakfast was included in our room rate, but even if it is not included in your booking, you can still come to the restaurant, order breakfast, and pay for it separately. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel for your stay in Washington, D.C.!

Great location, well run hotel with comfortable rooms

The staff was so welcoming! We had never been to the DC area before, so it was nice. Johnny Rockets down stairs was a go to for us, breakfast was perfect and the staff at JR was so nice and accommodating! We would recommend staying here, it’s close to so much and easy to get to!

Location

Breakfast was good at Johnny Rockets. The place was easy to find. Microwave in the room was helpful. The place was generally good. Bathroom could use a face lift. Please install a moveable shower head and replace bath tubs with showers.

Very poor

We reserved one king size bed but they had only 2 beds. Receptionist Jonathan stated that it is a agent issue , not hotel.

I would describe the hotel as functional. I like the fact the reception-lobby is equipped with cell phone chargers on the seats itself. And it has washer and dryers for cloths. Everyone on the desk are professional and helpful.

Wery good

It is a great location for touring the area. It could be maintained better. Bathroom was a little run down especially the tub. There was a motion light in our room that staff told us they couldn’t do anything about but switch our rooms. They even knew which room it was. The restaurant and servers downstairs offer a great option no matter what meal!
