the bathroom was really tight fit and didnt have toilet paper when we first arrived, the room was also extremely stuffy and hot when we first got in, and the room never really cooled down even when we played with the aircon.

Location was great, safe to walk around and explore. The roof top pool was great, weather dependent. Front desk was friendly and helpful. Ishmael was great. Everything was clean, but a little dated.

The staff were really friendly and helpful during our stay. However, one hidden cost to be aware of is the on-site parking, which I thought was a bit steep. That being said, considering the close proximity to Capitol Hill, we didn't really have any other options.

Very much enjoyed our stay here and it was easy to check in and get around. Very friendly staff, clean hotel and rooms, and the rooftop pool was really nice!

Really helpful staff, good location to explore DC

All the staff was wonderful from the front desk, parking attendant, Johnny Rocket servers and manager, house keepers, and even the life guards were all very kind. I would say this hotel is a budget hotel geared more for families. Rooms are well kept and very clean. Beds were very comfortable. Our room had a small fridge and Microwave included. Pool is on the rooftop and it fulfilled what we needed. Breakfast and lunch/dinner options at the restaurant were good quality and very well priced for DC. It is located about a $12 Uber ride to the National Mall area. Very positive stay and well priced. Nice job to all the staff.

Great location! We walked to most points of interest.

The hotel was nice and clean. Kids especially enjoyed the rooftop pool. It was convenient to have the restaurant that had breakfast buffet where kids could eat free.

The biggest issue was the lack of clear explanation and the way payment was handled after we had already eaten. I would not recommend this setup to families unless the hotel clearly explains the 2-person-per-room breakfast limit upfront and confirms coverage before guests sit down to eat.

Very helpful staff. Unlimited coffee, tea and water in lobby. Extremely clean upon entry, clean room, linens etc;Free laundry, Pool access. Plenty of access to bottled water and clean towels. We were very pleased. Always 2 attendants at reception. Very clean washroom in lobby. Only caveat was that their parking was a touch tight for our mini van, but we were happy that there was parking available onsite. Excellent stay. Surpassed our expectations. Safe neighbourhood and accessible by public transportation with grocery store around the block!

it was very nice traveling with grandkids to have a resteraunt that was open for all 3 meals with food that the children would eat.
