Very good

The room. I was charged for TWO rooms and only needed one. The hotel could have understood it was an accident and simply canceled one reservation. It was not an unreasonable request.

The property was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The room was cozy and had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. We also really appreciated how convenient it was to get around from the property Everything was good overall. We had a very pleasant stay and didn’t have any major issues

However, the bathroom was a concern. The bathing area was not designed well enough to prevent water from spreading, and after taking a shower, the entire bathroom floor became wet. This made the bathroom inconvenient to use afterward. With some improvement to the shower/bath area and better water containment, the overall experience would be much better. Apart from this issue, we had a pleasant stay and really appreciated the helpful staff.

Location is great. The room is small but clean and comfortable. I have stayed here numerous times in several rooms. The bathroom fans are very loud and the tv reception and Chanel’s are wonky. Also I am a coffee drinker first thing every morning, none in the room and what is in the lobby usually taste burnt. This is an older property with quirks, but friendly staff and comfortable rooms with remodeled bathrooms.

the location is really good, and everything is very clean, the personnel are very helpful and friendly. The lady at the front desk even gave us her personal umbrella to use ). the ventilation and the toilet were VERY loud, the Internet was VERY poor and as soon as there is no breakfast in the hotel, I think the tea (variety) and coffee in the lobby can be better (ex. there should be lids for the cups, decent variety of tea and creamers etc) And the Internet was so bad, actually it was enough only to read something but not for video(((

Great location , everything you need is super close . It’s clean , comfortable and easy accessible. I definitely recommend. I liked everything, except the comment from the staff in my check in that I’m looking tired.

It was reasonably close to two Metro stations and a busy bus stop for getting around. It’s walking distance to the White House. The receptionist was incredibly rude on arrival. She told me she was cancelling my booking as I didn’t have a passport as ID. I did have a driver’s license. I was travelling alone with my 9yr old - to be told my booking was to be cancelled was incredibly stressful. I had to have someone at home send a picture of my passport. I had email confirmation of a late checkout, but was told there was no late checkout when I checked in. There’s only tea and coffee making facilities in the foyer, which is all pretty dirty and unpleasant.
