This hotel was in a perfect location for those wanting to be within walking distance of DC monuments. The hotel is pristine and the service impeccable.

The location is wonderful and the staff was amazing. Our room was spacious and the bed was divine. The bar inside the hotel is a lovely spot and the drinks were spot on. Our room service breakfast was delivered quickly and hot. We did eat in the hotel restaurant and while it was good, I wouldn't say it was great. There are better options close in the neighborhood. Overall, it was a very good experience and we would stay here again.

Great location....hotel is very dated...desperately needs a remodel throughout. Rooms need nightstand lamps. Staff means well. Poor communication between hotel and breakfast restaurant on what time breakfast restaurant is open...not good if you are in town for business and time sensitive....hotel has only one espresso coffee machine which broke. For a Holiday Inn its ok, but not for $800 a night

-
Excellent staff, rooms and location. I favorite of mine. Never disappoints.
-
Everything good
-
All was ok, clean, good - but definitely overpriced, an average room with a huge price tag.
-
The position and design downstairs We booked a suite for close to 2000 USD a night. The room stank of cigarettes. It was small and minimally decorated. There was no bath, the towels were small, the products were horrible and cheap. There was no kettle in the room. In short everything was cheap looking and disappointing about the room. Our rate included breakfast but we could only choose from a small list of options and when we asked for some avocado to add to our eggs we had to pay extra. In short we will never stay at this hotel again. In the rooms there is nothing 5 star at all.

-
Very friendly staff and a stunning lounge to sip on a cocktail after a long day of walking around the city. Everything was great! No complaints
-
Being disturbed in the room multiple times while do not disturb was hanging.
-

-
Location was superb and the staff was great. And the architectural design of the building is pure classic

The property wasn’t quite as nice as other St Regis properties I’ve stayed at, but staff was nice and bar / breakfast were both good.
