En la recepcion son excelentes.

Consistently good hotel. Rooms are very comfortable and just roomy enough. Beds are wonderful. Bathrooms are just ok--could probably use an update, but very clean. Rooms with a kitchenette are very nice upgrade for just a small fee. Free water bottles and refills are a nice bonus, especially when spending the day walking around the city. Staff are absolutely wonderful! Missy at the front desk was a godsend when we needed some help with an issue with not related to the hotel. Went above and beyond to help us and gave us great information about local parking and restaurants. Great location-- just 2 blocks from the White House and minutes from downtown and monuments, but just far enough away to be quiet and find parking. My go to in DC. Stayed 2 weekends in a row. Metro station next door.

Very easy check in and everything was so convenient. Gym, vending machine, ice machine, water with option of water bottle. Very unique and well maintained organization.
-
There is no fridge in the room and the only ice is in the basement, so not very convenient. Front desk staff was friendly but even though they were a live person standing there I had to go to the terminal and check in electronically. It required me to put in my email and phone number even though that was provided when booking. I was also assured I would receive my receipt by email when I checked out electronically, which I did not. I had to follow up with the hotel separately to ask for my receipt and am still waiting.

Clean/comfortable Easy check in/out Friendly Staff Purified water stations with disposable water bottles throughout. Only concern some people may have, which was certainly no concern to me, if you are a light steeper and late to rise, outside noise of the city and police activity due to close proximity of the White House may affect you. Highly recommend and will stay again!

This will definitely be my go-to hotel whenever I visit Washington, DC. The location is very convenient to many attractions and tours, and there are plenty of different food options nearby. I’m so happy I chose to stay here and would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting DC. I will definitely be back!

No restaurant, parking was several blocks away, some of the staff were not very happy or helpful. Perfect for getting on the Metro. Right next door. A Big plus.
-
The staff are great. The location is great near to all places you wanted to go! Around the corner is the subway station and nice place to have breakfast.
-
The price I received for four nights was great in comparison to many others I had checked. The location was great. Within walking distance of many sites, and there was a Metro station next door and the other one just across a one block park. There were also buses just across the street. The room was small but comfortable and the staff cleaned it every day. Really good experience!
-
Suggest requesting a higher floor as neighborhood can get noisy.
-
Did not have a kitchen.
-
Great location. Rooms had paper thin walls and you could hear every word of your neighbors. Not sure I would count the gym as a gym.
-
Great location. Very small bathroom. TV wasn't mounted straight on the wall.
-
The hotel was in a really good location close to White House and Smithsonian museums. The room was cleaned and our room was taken care of daily. The bathroom is a little outdated and the TV was difficult to navigate. The hotel only had a small fitness room. You checked in and checked out via a tablet. The staff at check-in didn’t really give any details. the staff at checkout offered to check me out. there is no parking in the hotel so we used a parking garage about 10 minutes away.

Clean and business friendly
-
To know if you go - the parking garage is about a block and a half away from the actual hotel, and cost $36. I thought I had selected only hotels with breakfast included, but they do not have any breakfast available, just a discount at a nearby cafe. The staff seemed friendly enough, but when I tried to check in, they referred us to the self check in even though they weren't helping anyone else. They did help the next people who came in though, which was how I found out there was no breakfast available. The rooms seemed pretty clean, but we did find some random items on the carpet, looked like pieces from a broken pen. Overall, I would recommend this hotel because of the great location and reasonable cost.

The staff was excellent. Location is superb! Right next to a Metro station and 2 blocks from the White House. The air conditioning wasn’t blowing cold air but they fixed it asap. The room was a little cozy but ok. Housekeeping every day.

It was a nice experience.

The location is right off the Metro in a safe neighborhood with lots of choices for food and drink. The free water is appreciated along with the professional service staff.
