All employees at the front were fantastic and very helpful when needing to ask questions. The shower, bed and pillows were 5 star and wanted them for my own house.

The location was wonderful within blocks of several different Metro lines which could easily take us to monuments, museums and all the sights of DC that we wanted to enjoy. The hotel is new so it is very clean, the staff is friendly & so helpful, and the workout facility is top notch - much bigger than most hotels! There is a hydration station on each floor which is very useful and the restaurant/bar & coffee shops were convenient and had great food & service. We enjoyed our time and hope to come back to stay at the Tempo by Hilton on a return visit to DC!

Great location. Great double king beds

Nice hotel. Staff was very nice. The only complaint is that the elevators were very slow, but fortunately we were on 3rd floor so we used stairs most of time. Otherwise, great option and relatively close to some of the main DC attractions.

Everything great but would have liked sn ice machine on the floor

THE CLEANEST hotel I have ever stayed at. This was such a great hotel. We stated during heatwave in DC and this hotel was so great. Had a coffee shop/restaurant/bar everything was right there. The staff were so friendly and when our flight was delayed we were able to stay in the hotel until 3pm (for a little fee). We were blown away at the hotel for how little we paid. Will definitely stay here again if we are ever in DC again

Clean room and good location to walk

The hotel looked nice and modern. I liked the ambiance of it. It was clean, shower good, bed comfy. The restaurant is expensive but has a lot of options around it. We loved the Chinese restaurant about 500ft ( Sichuan Pavilion is the name). The staff were helpful. They don’t have ice machines but they have water stations that is cold already so no need for ice.We forgot our phone chargers but they have charging station in the room that came in handy. Whoever answered the phone when I asked for extra cups was very helpful too. It’s a 10/10. Thank you for our nice stay!

They gave our family a corner room which was very quiet. The street facing us did not have too much traffic, and even with the traffic, the room was pretty silent. King size beds for 4 people was a game changer, we all slept very well. Beds were very comfortable. Staff was nice, we didn't interact with them very much. Restaurant and bar was delightful. I wish they had a kid's menu for dinner choices, we would have ordered more often from them. A terrific stay!

Overall, very good property at a great location. Staff is very helpful and kind. Even number rooms windows face another property which is not a very a very plesant sight.

The property was super nice! I loved the bathroom and the staff was very helpful. Whenever I make my way back to Washington D.C. this will be the only hotel I will be residing in.
-
No closets or dressers with drawers in the rooms. Only paper coffee cups, no glasses (glass or plastic). Plus you have to “order ice.” Chairs in the rooms couldn’t be more uncomfortable either. Parking was outrageous ($70/night.) We won’t be back.

This hotel opened only few months ago. Clean spacious and quiet rooms. Excellent amenities, including a relaxing lobby/lounge, restaurant, and Blue Bottle coffee shop. Chilled filtered water dispensers downstairs and tasty pour over coffee in the rooms were a nice touch. Great location, central for getting around town easily.

Nice hotel. Good location.
-
Our only challenge was the hours of service for breakfast and the bar. There are other options nearby for both but found it odd that access to coffee was restricted.
