Excelente servicio, Los empleados del hotel muy amables, quede muy satisfecha y Feliz con mi estadia en el hotel, gracias por ofrecer un gran servicio y tener muy presente la importancia de Los huespedes.

We booked through Expedia and prepaid for our rooms. Our flight was delayed by 3 hours and we were stuck on the tarmac. We get to the hotel finally after 11pm at night and the hotel had given our room away. They arranged for us to be sent to another hotel that was their "sister property". Hired us an uber/lyft that was tiny and beat up and sent us on our way. Expedia claims the hotel refused to reimburse us and we have been charged for both nights by the sister hotel so we have been charged twice for the stay. The hotel had said they would cover our first night at the "sister property" but we were charged for both nights. Expedia has done nothing to remedy the situation. Will not be using Expedia any longer.

The room was very clean and spacious, with a beautiful view. The bathroom was large, modern, and beautiful. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and I had a great stay.

Clean Room, excellent location near metro, nice restaurant on premise, lots of quick food + restaurant near, great shower, clean sheets, stained duvet insert but quickly replaced, system was down so long line for check - in but all the other good stuff more than makes up for the random issue.

The Staff was so helpful and friendly, I had a fall during my stay (not at the hotel) and the staff was very helpful and did what they could to make me comfortable! We enjoyed our stay and will book with them again!

Friendly staff

I could not really feel the a/c as much until the morning time. No microwave in the room but staff did say they could bring it up for me. Overall, it was clean and staff were helpful and friendly. I really loved the Bluetooth mirror to connect to music.
