No smite or welcoming tone in the reception staff including the manager who was on duty

Budget hotel with very clean rooms and comfortable bed. Housekeeping was excellent to maintain. Convenient location, Dupont circle is within a walking distance. Bus stops around.

Well appointed well run hotel for business or pleasure. Their showers actually work which is more than I can say for other high end hotels. Staff was first rate.

The room was very small but clean Pet fee was $75 per night per dog. So $175 after fees. a night for two very small dogs. The restaurant was super expensive for subpar food.

Parking is expensive, hotel is nicely located, all the staff were great except 1 bartender who insisted I never asked about happy hour wines and proceeded to pour me a $36 glass unknown to me until the bill came.. then agrued with me about it
