The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The hotel is neat, cozy, compact, and clean. Everything was very clean, and there were absolutely no unpleasant or musty smells in the room or throughout the hotel. The room was well cleaned and maintained. The air felt fresh, the air conditioning worked well, and the bedding was bright white and spotless. 24-hour access to tea, coffee, and other beverages near the front desk (self-service), which was very convenient. We arrived about two hours before the scheduled check-in time. The staff kindly offered to store our luggage while we waited for our room to be ready and suggested that we explore the area, which we did. They kept us updated and notified us as soon as the room was ready. In fact, we were able to check in earlier than the official check-in time stated in the hotel’s policies, which was very convenient for us! There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom. We also missed having a kettle in the room (perhaps we simply needed to ask for one), as we had tea and coffee available in the lobby. There was also no dishwasher detergent provided for the dishwasher in the room.

Absolutely stunning room in great location and great amenities. The room was spotless and spacious with a huge comfy bed and a lovely kitchen. The staff are friendly and the property was very nicely maintained.

The staff was nice and accommodated me although I arrived late to check in. The room was nice and clean. I loved the kitchen part. Also, the bed is very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

Location and cleanliness

A critical security incident occurred during my stay. I returned to find my room door wide open for over 6 hours. The electronic lock audit log revealed multiple "Battery level below 4" warnings during my stay, and the hotel general manager admitted in writing via email that this specific room's door frame is overly tight and requires abnormal force to latch shut properly. Assigning a room with known latch defects and low-battery locks is gross negligence. Worse, management refused to take responsibility or offer reasonable resolution for this major breach of basic guest safety. I strongly advise against staying here if you value personal safety and responsive service

Very clean, kitchen awesome stove available, no oven.very close to public transport 11 minutes from union station 4 stops by train then 2 minutes from train station. 15 minutes walking from the White House. Very safe area. 7 11 close to it and many restaurants and coffee shops around. Nice Lemonade and sweet tea, also pop corn and coffee and tea in reception Friendly staff Highly highly recommended Thank you so much

Although there was a full kitchen there wasn't a coffee maker which is standard in most hotels

We arrived super late from Az. Cam at the front desk was amazing welcoming my family and I. The girl in the evenings was always greeting us with a smile, when we got back to our room.

The room is big and clean. We love the mini kitchen and the bar. The staffs are nice and helpful. We enjoyed the popcorn they shared every evening.

Staff was excellent! $60 per night for valet parking was extremely high & almost a half of a mile to the closest park for the dogs to potty.
