The Quincy, an Ascend Collection Hotel

This is a lovely midrange boutique hotel in a fantastic location with two metro stations within a 3-block walking distance. Between the two you can get almost anywhere in the city. The staff was friendly and helpful. Note that the downtown location will come with street noise. The hotel has thoughtfully included a white noise machine, but if it really bothers you this may not be the best choice. The room was clean and comfortable. The refrigerator and kitchenette were awesome and I LOVED having an ice maker in the room. DO NOT MISS the Peruvian restaurant downstairs!!! We went in because it was close and we were tired. We were lucky to get a table quickly because the place was PACKED with locals. The food and drinks were amazing, best we had the entire trip. We also enjoyed Founding Farmers, just a 3-4 block walk. We would absolutely stay here again on a future visit. A few suggestions to the management, a comfortable chair and ottoman in the room and better pillows (or optional extras on request) would make it even better!

Nice hotel well located

The room was clean. Some strange acoustics with the bar next door, but the bedroom area was quiet. The staff was extremely helpful and allowed me to sit in the meeting room in the lower level so I could finish my Zoom call after I checked out, and they let me have a late checkout until noon. The popcorn, tea, lemonade and happy hour wine in the lobby were a nice touch.

Convenient parking, friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms with comfortable beds. We had a full kitchen, ideal for longer stays and travel with children. Our room was very large and the hotel was in walking distance to most sites.

This is not a four star hotel. It's a 2.5 at best. First, I had to switched rooms upon checking in because there was hair in my bed that did not belong to me. The staff was very nice and accommodating. I was expecting something better. The rooms are very basic, furniture is run down and the chair and desk looks like he was donated from a convent. The first room had visibly chipped paint by the doors, the bench at the bottom of the bed look like it could have been a second hand park bench.Additionally, the bathroom is super small with the smallest of vanity spaces. You will not be unpacking your toiletries in there because it is nowhere to put it in the bathroom. I will not stay there again.

Location, very central and everything is nearby. Shops, restaurants etc. clean room and a friendly staff. NA. Everything was good.

Super Hotel le staff est adorable chambre spacieuse et propre si il y a juste une petite chose à dire une petite cafetière avec des dosettes dans la chambre serait un plus. Sinon cafe a volonté et sachets de thé à la réception. Je recommande les yeux fermés cet Hôtel aux voyageurs idéalement situé proche de la station de métro Farragut North

Very good

The hotel was easy to find, close to excursions and the metros, and staff was so kind! The in-room kitchen and bar/restaurant downstairs were huge pluses! We would definitely stay here again.
