In the heart of DC perfectly positioned for tourism. The staff was the star, each one smiling, pleasant, friendly, and welcoming. Helpful.. Great character in its boutique grandness but not too big or boastful. Construction across the street was noisy sometimes

Very disappointed our first day the whole hotel does not have water for 24 hrs. Just imagine that. I travelled for 8 hrs and I checked and there is no water. They should have compensated us for that day Staffs

I loved the room and the service. What I would have wanted was a microwave in the room/kitchenette. Then it would have been perfect. The staff was extraordinary, accommodating and very pleasant. I will be going back. Lack of a microwave.

The DC water literally smells. Hotel needs a water filter system.

Location is good. Staffs are amazing Rooms are too small even for a Standard King. It was too noisy due to ongoing construction outside.

The room were very clean and well maintained. Unfortunately, some of their amenities are outdated, for example the TV. Overall good hotel, good location and quick access to everything DC have to offer. They just need some minor updates. Also, the addition of microwaves will be a great addition.
