Location was good. Friendly helpful staff. Enjoyed the complentary ticktes on the trolley tour. Breakfast was a but pricey as the full cost was not totally "included" with the "included" rate

Rooms were clean. Bed were comfortable. Long mirrors in the room were a nice touch. Front desk was helpful. Good wine at the hotel bar.

Aware it's a historic and iconic hotel, it is too dated. It is like traveling back in time. Rugs and furniture need to be refreshed. Location is unbeatable when in town for business, and staff was superb. Restaurant was great too.
