Breakfast was complementary with the Hyatt membership deal, but we still got charged $11 per person. We’re supposed to get a refund, but are still waiting

TV was very blurry but we didn’t stay much in the room so I dealt with it. Breakfast not included. Room was clean and bathroom was really nice. It was convenient for location and price bite would not stay there for more than one night

There was an ant infestation in the hotel room, all over the bathroom, desks, and some of my belongings. We stayed on the 11th floor so it was completely unexpected. I had to throw away any food I brought to the room and could not sleep comfortably. The beds also weren’t the cleanest, I noticed some dust/debris in the sheets.

The staff is amazing and the roof top bar was a nice place to sit and relax. Wish breakfast was included as we have experienced at other Hyatt Place hotels we have stayed at. The location is also great. Very close to just about everything.

We arrived for the 250th celebration of our great nation and it was a perfect location! The staff were super attentive and helpful and the rooms were very clean and roomy for being in DC. Would stay again!

Everyone was helpful and friendly.

However, there was a cockroach crawling across the top of the elevators as we waited to go up to check into our room. And we had tiny ants in the bathroom, both leading us to believe their pest control was inadequate. The hotel decor is old and dated. It sorely needs a remodel.
