Bed was comfortable, the shower was nice and the room was cleaned.

The property was in a great location and close to most of the monuments.

The most frustrating part of the Hotel experience was the bed was absolutely terrible, lopsided, and uncomfortable. I made a mistake. Trusting this Hotel brand to be equivalent to other five star hotels. The comfort was terrible. The hotel staff were neutral to unhelpful. I would strongly recommend not staying at this hotel, and I personally would be very reluctant to trust this brand again

It would be very helpful to have a convenient way to get beverages to take to your room. It is a huge pain to go to the desk and wait for them to get drinks or for room service.

I needed a rollaway bed for my daughter in a corner room. The staff was very accommodating and provided me one. It made the difference for our comfort for this Fourth of July weekend family vacation.

We loved our stay at the property, but would not say that it is comparable to other five star hotels like The Plaza in NYC. There was no doorman or porter to assist with transportation or luggage which is normally something that makes our stay so much easier. The room was well appointed and the linens were luxurious and bed was very comfortable. Our room was very quiet- even in a very busy part of town. Our package came with free breakfast for two and a bottle of wine. We did not get the bottle of wine upon check-in and I had to ask for it the second day when I realized it was included. The on-site restaurants for both breakfast and dinner were disappointing. Three out of the four times that we dined in them there here was no host at the stand and the one time that there was they were on their phone texting. The weight staff rarely came back to check on food quality or to see if we needed anything else during our meals. This took away from the overall experience of the hotel.

Went above and beyond for my elderly parents - truly respectful and helpful, thank you . Great food and drinks. Breakfast was the best part- what a nice variety to choose from!!

Love this property! So close to everything, and beautiful! Highly recommend!!

We especially enjoyed the location in walking distance to the White House and the Washington Monument.
