ROOST White House

Great stay at the White House Roost. Charming apartment style stay. It was quiet and clean. A minor criticism is the shower pressure was not good. The view from the rooftop patio is really nice. The location is great because we were close to it all including trains. We didn't cook in our kitchen but all the tools were there to use. Lots of closet space and the washer/dryer work well so we didn't over pack for our stay.

We had a lovely stay and enjoyed the newness, the location, the privacy and the convenience of the all electronic parking as well. During the late evening on Friday we were awaked by the residents coming in so it was a little loud and our coffee maker did not have a filter or basket so we weren’t able to relax over coffee in the morning which we were really looking forward to enjoying together. Other than that it was a perfect stay.

We had a wonderful stay. Felt like home. Very clean room, lobby, super courteous staff. Close to everything.

Nice

Perfect location next to White House. Easy access; spotless, well equipped room. Nothing

Location, location, location! Helpful and friendly staff. Spotless, well set up and comfortable. Would stay there again!

Everything 100%

Incredible location, especially for the 4th of July! Clean, safe, modern, and comfortable!

Great location, spacious and clean!

We had to switch rooms because of an ac issue. They were trying to get a hvac team in at 10pm at night but they switched rooms instead

What’s especially frustrating is that I’ve never been able to get anyone on the phone. Every time I’ve tried, the line is either busy, the circuits are busy, or I’m unable to leave a voicemail because the mailbox is full—or whatever the issue may be. We arrived in DC and went directly to the hotel and parking garage, where I parked away from the other vehicles. The truck remained there the entire time. It wasn’t until the last day, when we were getting ready to leave, that I noticed the damage on the truck. Given that the truck was parked inside a secured garage and we went directly there upon arriving in DC, I’m just trying to understand how this happened and, more importantly, why I’ve been completely unable to reach anyone to discuss it.

Exceptional

Overall a 10/10 I would stay here again.

Great location, spacious and clean Non

Convenient and like the size of the space

There's parking in the garage beneath the property that's easy to access. The sky lounge on the roof has great views, especially at night. There are comfortable lounge spaces throughout the hotel. The downtown area is easy to walk, bike, or grab a rideshare and not far from many sights.

Clean room helpful staff and nice property. Close to a lot of hot spots in DC

This is an exceptionally great place. Very top class building and room. Wonderful staff and very helpful and friendly. Fantastic location, so close to everything, and lots of places to eat close by. Would love to stay here again and would recommend Roost White House to anyone. A+++ I couldn't stay longer!
