Everything was perfect! Beautiful hotel and wonderful staff!!!

The hotel didn't have Fox news or many television channels. My room wasn't cleaned on Saturday 7/18/2026.

Wow, it’s all I can say! The hotel is right in the heart of DC’s history. As soon as you step out, you can see the Capitol to your left. Walk to the end of the block, and there’s the Washington Monument. Just a couple of blocks away, and you’re in front of the White House. The service was impeccable too. I highly recommend checking out some of the nearby restaurants. The Occidental and the old Abbott Grill were absolutely amazing and just a short walk from the hotel. The front staff even noticed my birthday was a few days before my trip. When I arrived at the hotel after a day of sightseeing, they had cupcakes for each guest, wishing me a happy birthday. It was such a nice touch. Will definitely be back!

Check in manager made us welcome and parking garage I took two trips to truck and was helped tremendously. Bell hop gave me information on our plan of touring. Stayed at lot of motels being 70 years old and this place is Best of best and will be back. Thank You!

Great option

The Willard is a grand old hotel that lives up to its reputation. Our room was spacious and fully stocked with everything we needed. The staff was outstanding in their prompt service, starting with Ramona at check-in; she was wonderful and very helpful. Five stars isn't enough!

Wonderful hotel, convenient location, helpful staff.

Everything was great. We were only disappointed because the Round Robin wasn’t open due to renovations.

We absolutely loved our stay!! The beds and linens were great, the food in the restaurants was great! Location is superb for sightseeing! We loved attending the Great American Fair and seeing all the beautiful monuments and fountains the week of July 4th!

An absolutely gem of a hotel right beside the White House. Top of the top. And yet the Daly rate on Expedia was less than many of the two or three star hotels that we have stayed at in the past. Simply amazing. The staff were fabulous, the place is cleaner as a whistle and the room comfortable and very quiet. I wish I had stayed here before.

good overall but not perfect

We booked a Junior 2 Queen Bed Suite, which worked perfectly for our family. The separate sitting area with a pull-out couch gave our kids their own space to sleep. This made the room feel much larger and more comfortable than a standard hotel room. Our front-facing room also had a great partial view of the Washington Monument, which was a special bonus. The hotel also went above and beyond for my birthday by surprising us with delicious mini cupcakes and sparkling water, which was a thoughtful touch and greatly appreciated! The staff was outstanding, particularly Luciana at the front desk. We arrived before our room was ready at 3:00 PM, and she provided excellent recommendations for places to visit and ways to spend our time nearby. Her friendly and helpful attitude set the tone for a great stay. Families should know about the children’s program, which includes a mini library where kids can earn “Duck Bucks” and redeem them for treats at the cafe. Our children loved it and it added a fun, unique element to the stay. One tip for future guests: the minibar uses a weighted sensor system. If you pick up an item, even just to look at it, you may be charged.
