Continently located. I didn’t like the VUE. I made reservations way in advance and because I was a party of 1, the Hostess said I’m to goto the bar and sit at the window. I told her that no I made reservations, she said we don’t waste a table on 1 person. They will serve you and you view see will be better. I waiting 20 minutes and no service. The bartender finally said if you want something, you have to come up here a nd order it. No one checked on me for any refills on wine. $125 later. They automatically get there 20%. What a waste of money. Do not waste your time. I think service goes down when they know they automatically know they got a secured tip.

Good service in a bar and breakfast

The restaurants are excellent, especially the Vue roof top bar/restaurant... the rooms are updated, clean, and well equipped. Room service was the best I've ever had. Hyper prompt, delivered fast while the food is still hot. I lost my ID and maintenance staff found it almost immediately, which was incredible to say the least.... 10/10 would recommend.

Great location, you are across from the White House, a couple of blocks from the Washington Monument, you can walk to every thing. Room was nicely decorated and clean. The roof top restaurant had opened air views of the city the White House and the Washington Monument, so the ambiance was a hit, the food was decent. I’m sure that all the luxury hotels near or around the National Mall are equally expensive, so you get what you pay for, $$$$. Valet parking was $80, and taxes and service fees bumped our stay to over $600 for the king room with a nice city view for one night.

Nice rooftop bar. and good location

Lovely hotel in a great location! The rooftop bar/restaurant is an highlight for the views. All of the staff are extremely professional, friendly and helpful. I’m not keen on the resort fee, but I appreciate this has become the norm in the US and this hotel has a better offering than many other hotels. I would definitely stay again.

Absolutely amazing, we had dinner at Vue rooftop. Manny, our server, was amazing and so personable. The room was gorgeous and extremely clean through and through. Marina maintained our room and she was so helpful, accommodating and great. Guest Servives is fast and accommodating as well. Every staff we encountered went above and beyond to provide an upscale experience.

The property was excellent The room was very small and not much storage space for unpacking

They delivered an absolute was flawless experience.
