I like the room I like the area.I like the hotel I didn't like me, and my three young kids had to sit in the lobby 4 hours before I got to my room.Because your computers was down.That was four hours of my time to relax in my room with my children. I was told it was because of the third party. Booking but then I was told the next day that all the computers for the Hilton was down and therefore they could not find my third party reservation. However, me and my children had to deal with that. I think that they should have Said something to compensate me.

The breakfast was good. Service was good. The location is good. The laundry room could be better. Adding more machines for guests to use. All machines were used constantly by the Army guys staying there.
