Parking was the only issue. It was way to expensive but I loved the hotel!

Location was good, close to White House and restaurants, Room was clean. Restaurant & Bar at location (separate charges). Air conditioner was very noise; Coffee machine is hard to get access due the shell in top & no room on the counter + coffee came up cold. Not enough toiletries. Laundry bag to small. Not included breakfast. Car parking charges are too expensive; we use next door pkng lot. Need Customer Service Improvement at check out.

This was the perfect location in downtown DC. So many places like museums, eateries, lounges; etc within a few minutes from the hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful. I had no issues and would stay again.

Hotel is conveniently located across the street from The Cheesecake Factory and 2 blocks away from the White House. The room smelled musty when we first entered the room. After a few hours of running the air-conditioner…the smell dissipated. The room and the hotel were both clean but outdated. TV needs a sound bar attached. We had to turn the remote up to 50 in order to hear the television. Overall…it’s a decent hotel.

super close to metro this place is RUN down. Was not worth the money i paid to stay at all.
