The staff was overly friendly and helpful.

The front desk Agent Layla did a wonderful job upgrading my room complimentary to the 12th floor with a balcony for my woman’s birthday and she was very pleased, although she did request for food and beverage to place a complimentary bottle of champagne however their system was down so we did not receive that but I did make a point to give her my gratitude when I saw her in the morning and I thanked her for her wonderful customer service and for going above and beyond to help me make my woman’s birthday special.

Great property and staff was excellent, rooms were clean shower was great. I like hot showers with high pressure a win for me. Only draw back was the in house dining restaurant very little options outside of breakfast.

The lobby is beautiful and the restaurant their avenue grill has great food we had the mussels and the kids had several items from the kids’ menu that they loved. All in all… great hotel and staff with a very good location. Close to the national mall, museums and 2 blocks away from the Whitehorse.

The staff was wonderful.unfortunately, there were some very poorly behaving guests. Security and other staff went to great lengths to make sure we felt safe and secure. I look forward to returning to this Marriott

Our experience was top notch - staff was so friendly and helpful, we were really spoiled while we stayed there. Room was lovely and he hotel restaurant was delicious! Would recommend to anyone!

This hotel is perfectly located to everything. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and the bed was so comfortable after walking so much. We will definitely stay again.

There wasn’t any amenities as shown in the pictures. No rooftop or patio no pool nothing. Room service was really slow.
