If I could give this hotel an 11 out of 10, I would. From the moment I checked in and was greeted by the kindness of Aleksandar and the entire front desk team to my spectacular room (so incredibly memorable and iconic!) and the delicious breakfast everyone went above and beyond to make sure the experience was top notch. Location is wonderful for tourism and the hotel is beautiful and historic. It is the team that works there that makes it so special and the reason that I will always come back to stay at this wonderful location. Thank you again for the great experience!

It is because of exceptional staff members like Alexandros that I have stayed at this hotel previously and will continue to make it my hotel of choice whenever I visit Washington, DC. My room was spectacular, with an unforgettable iconic view to wake up to each morning. Breakfast was delicious as well, but what truly sets this hotel apart is the kindness, professionalism, and attentiveness of the staff. This stay was absolutely wonderful, and I am already looking forward to returning.

Part of the service Receptionists staff are amazing The concierge was very bad . 45 min to bring the bags . The room reservation team were unprofessional, I had to change the hotel to move to another one .

Great member of staff on check in, she was from Serbia. Good food, shame bar closed at 10.30. Toilet roll was very cheap worse than Costco !

Beautiful facility, all the amenities, rooms, restaurants, etc. Every single staff member we met were smiling, happy to be there, and eager to be of help, or to give a kind word. I loved the system for identifying if room was occupied or not, so that housekeeping could easily service room. Room service was always on time, and every item we asked for was there, along with ones we didn’t think to ask for…this was nice on those early mornings, and mornings we got to sleep in a bit and be lazy. Sincerely hope to stay there again one day! Especially magical at Christmas time.

They book people from outside, guest end up not having chairs in the restaurant. They truly don’t value their guests They don’t consider their guests
