Washington Plaza Hotel

At the time of my stay, they permitted customers who paid for parking to remain parked until 6pm of the day they checked out. That's nice, for customers who are already parked. For those, like me, who arrived at 3pm, paid $43 (plus 18% DC tax = $50.74), then learned there's no parking!?! I don't know how else to describe it, but I don't believe they thought this policy through. So, basically, I have to render an assessment of piss POOR MANAGEMENT and an overall 3-star review. Otherwise, it was great!!

The front desk attendant, Treasure, was amazing. Very helpful and a commanding!!

The staff was so welcoming and hotel was clean ! The outside pool was a PLUS!

I stayed over the weekend for a convention happening near by. Loved the hotel and staff. Room was great and so was the pool!

Fantastic staff. Great general amenities in the hotel. Rooms probably haven't been restored for 30 years. Very old and dated.

Everything about this hotel was nice except the food in the restaurant, which was terrible. The staff were good but every meal I ate was horrible …

Property is a great location but it is very dated and needs better cleaning.

We loved the pool! Drinks and food were really good, and even enjoyed poolside service. The room was dated but clean and the AC worked really well. The gym was adequate and location of hotel was a walk away from great restaurants where we took advantage of happy hour deals. The ladies of the front desk were extremely friendly, kind and helpful.

Clean rooms, great and attentive staff. The hotel is in a good spot for sight seeing and getting to bus stops to get around DC. It's a good price for the quality, would definitely recommend. The breakfast at the downstairs restaurant isn't included but not too expensive either.

Three miles from DCA. Super clean, professional staff. Beautiful outdoor pool and restaurant was delicious American food. I would stay there again

Some rooms smelled like weed/ cigarettes just FYI. Parking was $43 + tax overall not a bad experience given the location.

The staff were great! They allowed us an early check-in and a free complementary upgrade. We would definitely come back.
