The hotel was in a good location. The room was very small, with a lot of unnecessary furniture taking up space. The breakfast was very good.

The breakfast was standard. The beds were comfortable. WiFi was bad. One out of the three front desk people really lacked in customer service. She should not be working in the industry.

I like location it was close to every where you want to go to I like the breakfast that was great Customer service. First day when we arrived was kind of strange smell. Parking you need to park like two blocks from the hotel.

location Unpleasant, impatient service. Cramped elevator. Extremely damp apartment; no bathroom exhaust fan and patches of mold. Crooked furniture that didn't close properly. Soft flooring near the air conditioner, which was very noisy. 201

Location.Breakfast. Toilet blocked after 20 mins of arriving.Someone came to repair it.Completely broke after next use.Changed rooms.Same problem again.I repaired it myself.No friendly faces at check in or check out.Entrance and check in area dirty.

Breakfast option was excellent. Room cleanliness was also very good. Every day our washroom used to be cleaned and new towels with toiletries. Only the furniture bit old but that ok for short stay. Location is perfect near to all public transport etc. Check in was smooth the lady was bit of rude behavior when she is asking for security deposit can be polite talk. I really want to thanks to Sujith the staff on check out day he was very polite and super guided to the information when i ask for any best Asian/Indian food outlets in surrounding. Nothing

Location in city, free breakfast, validated/discounted parking, clean room, comfortable bed and linens. The specific room we were in had no natural light. The parking is described in the Booking listing as "across the street" but it is about ~10 minute walk from where the elevator access to parking is. This would not deter us from staying again, as we parked and left the car until it was time to leave the city.

Family room was small. TV only had 1 channeland couldnt be fixed. Ended up moving rooms as kids were climbing the walls. WiFi was patchy and kept dropping out. Breakfast room was good but busy. 2 washing machine ($2 each + dryers (same) next to gym equipment were decent. Location was great.

Booked a king bed but the room we got definitely was not a king size bed.
